First day sold 100 units consider good result.
Setia alam during good time can easily sold out within one day coz they din launch so many units within one phase plus market booming up
If not mistaken, Setia alam average won't launched more than 100 units within one phase even during super good time 2009 till 2012.
After change management, marketing strategy oso change lor.
