Pls don't misunderstand, I'm not trying to rebuke u. But could u explain in what way SEH 2 new launch will affect SEH 1 sub sale? Just want to understand why u think in such way.

Boss, any launch of course will affect the subsale because of more choices. As a matter of fact, not only subsale in SEH1 shall be affected, subsale of all the projects in vicinity will be affected as well..

Some of the comments here said that the subsale market of SEH will be affected by the new launch of SEH2 which I tend to agree. Although without the data to make solid comparison in terms of the dimension and the size (my data all gone due to hard disc corrupt ), as far as I can remember, the new launches have sth similar to match with SEH. I believe that the price of new launch and the secondary market will follow closely though t won't be the same due to various factors come into play.

Good that new launches are selling as expected. More people are owners of Semenyih houses, so can this be translated to higher population when houses are completed? Or still flippers game? 😂

95 out of 254 units represents 37% sales in day one is considered good though far from excellent.

258 units DSL and 96 units of cluster, total 354 units.

If around 100 units booked on the first day considered not a too bad response.. Take some time to catch up the sales, same like phase 2 units in SEH 1..
