if your house is landed can keep, but you will have two number, one is fixed line existing number and one is voip unifi number

if high rise building you cannot keep existing number because unifi is using vdsl which will occupied your phone line already

When the CS called me also started with the RM 219 or 210, I can't recall. I let him finish talking first then asked about 169, he said no such plan because need to bundle with HyppTV, I said OK. Then, I said I know there's this 199 plan, he said yes I can have that. That's how I got the 199 plan. laugh.gif

if get 30mbps now at 199, do you think in september it would be possible upgrade to the NEW 50mbps (with basic hypptv @ 199-210 without being stuck with a penalty) if got hmm.gif ?

Hi Guys,

Need help here...
My account was suspended 2 days ago due outstanding balance (just RM50) which far from limit yet but already been suspended
I paid the outstanding balance yesterday morning via PBE online banking and give a call to service centre to reactivate my account

How long it takes to reactivate my account?

How to expedite the activating process cause till today, account still suspended?

i think there will be a penalty.

becos the part about aneka will be violated.

aneka = rm30 per month.

this is the bit that gets you stuck on paying for the current prices for 30/50. assuming that 30/50 non extra is a real deal or not hmm.gif we will have to wait and see.

Hi guys. Need some advices here.

I applied for Unifi 30 on Tuesday, and the staff made appointment for me to install it on Saturday, which is today.

Based my previous experience on dealing with TM, I knew they will delay. As I expected, until to day, no calls, no sms, no email.

I guess I will have to spend some times to rush them up. Do I need to call their hotline to complain, or should I just go to the TM point where I applied and complain? Which method is better?

after u apply, within the same day you'll get sms about appointment date, den before the appointment day, the day before installation, TM will call you to confirm the appointment date.

If u never get sms regarding appointment date, den you have to go back the same tmpoint where u register. They never enter all ur detail into their system yet.

Happened to me before... just make sure at the same day you'll get sms regarding appointment date. Otherwise, its the staff never do their work properly.

The TM staff are just working SLOWLY, not improperly.

You will get your upgrade eventually.

It is just a question of WHEN. biggrin.gif

I called twice last time, first said 7 days, second time said 7 days.. and said don't have my record, from there I know they didn't enter my record.

I go back the same TMPOINT and re-apply, within same day got SMS ad...
