That means next month bill will also have to pay that much as well? flex.gif  rclxub.gif

I believe if your statement cycle is only from the mid of the month and it's just one-time off.
Mine is to cover from 1st-15th April. Anyway, this is my understanding la.

*
Yes, promo for existing customers.
RM 210? I thought 199? Is it inclusive of GST?

i havent get the bill but my outsanding for this month is Rm187 this month (RM7-8 extra), which i should pay RM179 (since April GST), my VIP10 is RM169 + RM10 (GST) = RM179.xx

this month suddenly become RM187, is TMNet charge additional then simply said what shit pro rate?

I think we should go find out instead of over pay them
*
Well, because my statement bill is 16th of the month.
In April, my GST was charged from 16th onward, so 1st to 15th April only charged now. Kinda makes sense right? hmm.gif

Sigh, after more than 1 year... I'm still not getting any HyppTV because I don't have a TV... I'm fully on computer.

The installer was telling me that he needs to set something at the decoder and until today I still didn't receive it.

I called TM about this and they said I can collect from certain TM points. Now my question is, is this something I should be concerned about? Like the installer will manipulate my ID and etc.? He knows that I still don't have a TV set yet...

I still can't find time to visit TM Point to collect the decoder for HyppTV.

Hi guys, i'm wondering if anyone here can help me. I've upgraded to VIP 10 from VIP 5 but somehow the speed is still VIP 5. I'm using Linksys e4200 router and I don't think it matters. I've called them and they are coming to my place to have a look this weekend. I believe there's nothing I as a consumer can do from my end right??? I mean the upgrade thing only TM can do it right??
*
Call them and file a case.
I had the same issue too when I upgraded mine from VIP5 to VIP10. Only upload speed was upgraded to 10Mbps but download speed still 5Mbps. doh.gif
Called and they came quite promptly to fix it and I was given with waiver for the days I didn't get the 10Mbps, of course I requested for it. biggrin.gif

Now my speed is around 11Mbps for download and sometimes up to 20Mbps for upload. smile.gif

should I file the case also?

Looks very OK what. I think if get 80% of the advertised speed is considered OK already...

I always travel to China. At my friend's house in Beijing, I can easily capture 60Mbps download speed via WiFi and her Internet connection is free of charge. I went to her hometown, a very small town at one of the less developed provinces, her house is using 10Mbps and one year only pay for less than RMB 400. My one month equals to her one year. doh.gif

That said, I used to use Maxis 4G to download and my IDM was always more than 6MBps. Too bad Maxis no longer offers me unlimited data.

Yeah. An upgrade from VIP10. Funny thing is i upgraded to VIP10 in just 3 months before. They called and asked me if i wanna upgrade to VIP10 for rm169. And last week they called me and offered VIP30. 30mbps is like 3.6MB/s download. Quite tempting.....
*
I registered VIP5 on last year's April and called for upgrade to VIP10 at 179 on last year's December. Why didn't I was offered at 169? Paying 179 excluding GST. sad.gif

I feel lucky when I'm the only one using my own UniFi. tongue.gif Earlier my housemate wanted to share with me but I rejected her offer and she applied her own UniFi. laugh.gif

I'm currently using 10Mbps and if they really call to promote 30Mbps to me, I might consider take it up. laugh.gif

If it is RM 169, I will definitely want.
Even my existing package comes with HyppTV, I didn't install it at all.
