For me I prefer the Feather at the end of a stick teaser... You need to make sure its a real feather... the cat will go crazy.. can always get another real feather from those specialty stationery shop once the current one get torn to shred....

Same here. Lately I noticed there's no more cicak in my house. Probably some rumor spread among them to avoid mine and its guardians.

my girls like the laser pointer (though I don't use it often because it's not actually something they can catch so it can make them frustrated). They love string, shoelaces, ribbons (the kind you curl on gifts). I bought a little battery operated toy that acts like a bug that they go crazy over as well. I have the feather toy, as well as one that is a mouse instead of a feather.

You know the plastic ring around your bottle's neck after you open it? Cats love that too. My black hairbands get stolen and played with all the time too.

My cats like to "steal" wood pallet & play with it until it lost under closet or anywhere they can't get into. Another toy they like is small ball, no bigger than tennis ball.

There is one point that one of my girls can go up to the roof, get dry leaf & bring it inside for other cats to play. Now they can't since I already close the opening to the roof.

anyone got this? ball/egg shape food/kibble dispenser..

put some kibble inside, n let the cat play/work the food out.

i think its better if you hv a play pen or cat room, or this ball will roll all over the house..

i think cat will fedup fast wit this ball, n rather not work to eat..e

I have cats in a condo, but I do not have a balcony. One thing you could do is set plastic blockers around the lower part of the railing?
*
Well either biuld some fence or net, or simply wont open the balcony, or just be there with her and watch out. My cat Jedi jumped once and shattered her leg. It was long and painful process but she made it and all healed. She now starts to jump on the edge of balcony again now and then, but we can see she has the experience in memory, but we rather put her down immediately.

Hello, I recently noticed about 2 days ago there's an orange tabby meowing in front of my office. Today when I came in late to the office due to jam, the shop has opened so I managed to buy him food. He was meowing again in front of my office at the pedestrians. He looked chubby but he was so hungry as well when he gobbled the food down.

I saw that his fur is relatively clean and he has his left ear tipped and also double checked his butt to see that he has been neutered. He has spent time in front of my office in the morning, sleeping under a car parked there in the afternoon and nowhere to be found in the evening.

I would like to take him back because if he is being abandoned I'm afraid he wouldn't survive too long on his own. But I'm also afraid that he is just the community cat and enjoys the outdoor. I was wondering if he is being abandoned or lost or just a community cat? How can I tell? Should I take him home?

If the ear are clipped or tipped it means been spayed/neutered. If have collar then maybe owned and partial outdoor cat. This type of cat know how to return home for meal.
If you want to take home, just bring a carrier. as seem easy approachable think no issue put into a carrier and bring home...
If a community cat, who don't want a proper home to be taken care and pampered. If no collar, think its save to take home...
Best also leave a message at the shop you have taken the cat home and if the owner came looking can contact you.
