Anyone know is the HSBC AMANAH 8% cb is based on transaction date or posting date?

Talking about my SST rebate, since July until now I still haven't got any SST rebate yet though I did spend 3x with no minimum amount.
 Time to call them again... This is annoying man. |

Auto topped up RM100 and received RM15 voucher, followed by RM200 top up but no voucher received. Has it been fully redeemed so quickly?!

Surprisingly nobody talked about the HSBC TnG RM200 with RM20 CB this round? Does that means everyone was able to reload smoothly at 12:00?
