Same here. I got double notification but points still remain the same. I realized in the point history it has added 2 new 1000 points but my actual points balance is still the same.

I didn’t get cashback as well. Reloaded at 12:02:40. Clock is synced to world time.

But by right this can be considered as proof kan? Email confirmation from TnG.

Haven't yet but I am still following up with TnG on this.

Also battling with HSBC on the Travel Together Promo at the same time. Swiped on 15th 1am in the morning but didn't get any cashback for my travel related purchases. vmad.gif

Same here. I guessed they sent in bulk after they got approval from management.

1st March I won't be in Malaysia so need to remember to reload on 12am MYT and not the country's 12am sweat.gif

Need to find out the cutoff time. Mine SMS received successful at 00:01 but then TnG app captured as 07:30. If the cut off is before that I guess can't argue even the SMS received at 00:01.

Nop, didn't. So far I got 3 times throughout the whole campaign. And twice got be manually reinstated. Only once was auto.

Doesn’t happen to HSBC only, I only PBB doesn’t verify CVV as well. I think one other bank also have this issue. I called PBB before and they tell me that OTP is the check for everything. CVV doesn’t matter. Stupid response but I didn’t pursue further.

Nop, it's not chargeable as long there's no transaction after the SST and there's no timeframe stipulated.

28. In the case of a cancelled and unused card after the renewal date, service tax is not required to be charged and accounted for if the service tax has not been paid. If service tax has been paid after the renewal date, the card issuer is entitled to deduct the service tax paid from the tax return provided that the approval of the tax deduction has been approved.

Can, but you might have issue with tax relief. Now I don't know but few years back, it was invoiced by Apple Singapore (Singapore registered company). Don't know if it would cause any issue because it's not purchased in Malaysia.

For me, SST was charged on 29 July, called them a few days later. Spent 3x the same week. Rebate was only reflected on 26th Oct. doh.gif

Same here. I only use for TnG and Grab cashback & Grabfood voucher. But I'll probably keep it if they cont to give the RM 25 rebate despite the begging just for their SG and HK PPL.
