Hi guy, let's say my cc still have an extra amount inside and wish to taken out by cash or transfer to other saving account. Is it possible?

And any service charge for it? So is it the only way terminate the cc then can able to transfer out the amount to saving/current account?

Seems like common with HSBC. The other one is the 12 swipes a year vs 1 swipe a month.

If amount not much, normally I'll just use to pay bills. Make it 0 only cancel. Saves the hassle.

So, again,

my HSBC Amanah card got unauthorized transaction again. the thing is the guy use my previous card which i terminate. but i got msg request for the TAC of the transaction. Weird thing my credit card only use at terminal not online purchases.

Should i terminate the card? it seems not safe...

This is very worrying indeed. I would terminate the card to prevent unnecessary hiccups.

The first card already terminated (also because of unauthorized transac).. but how come it still can be processed and still can request TAC thats bugs me the most..

You have to ask HSBC.

From my experience with autobilling and another bank's card replaced after expiry, the autobilling to the old card was still working fine for a few months. I didn't update it because I need to be present at the service center to update the card. Who wants to do that to pay others?

Umm, I read that before and now too, but can't seem to find any on the minimum spending...

But when I contacted to HSBC, 1st staff told me that she not aware of the minimum amount, 2nd staff said need RM600? But she not sure whether it's total 3 month accumulate of RM600 or RM600/month...
