Hi how long did u wait since u last spend the 2k requirements?

I called two weeks after I met the requirement to follow up

own visa sig ccard now, can we also apply islamic (amanah mpower) ccard? coz pbb doesn't allow, not sure about hsbc..

just apply on hsbc website in order to get Rm500... am i entitled after i submit my name? (hsbc havent contact me to fill up application and get supporting document) or only entitled after send application form and supporting document to hsbc?

if i swipe once per month in a year, it is a auto waiver or we need to call for waive?

I don't see why you shouldn't as this is stated as waiver criteria for VS and Amanah cards.

HSBC don't send credit card statement to our email account? I didn't receive anything in my email, I had to manually check it through my internet banking account.

they never. so far only maybank and SCB do that. For the banks i have the cards.

i have uob and public bank.

uob will sms to inform that statement is ready for viewing in internet banking, public bank will email to my email.

but nothing for hsbc, no sms no email, very easy to overlook if no reminder.

Hmm. I will receive SMS from HSBC to inform my bill is ready to view and download. In the SMS will have statement balance amount, minimum amount due and due date.

sigh, time to call HSBC then.

I'll rcv the SMS, with the amount, min. amount due and due date.
Once I've made payment, they'll send me another sms acknowledging that payment has been made.

Pity that they never email the monthly statement.
Have to login and download the statement

I usually just login via app, since my usage is fixed every month for HSBC cards, kinda can guess how much I will need to pay.

Hi. I received sms from HSBC that my credit card has been sent out and I will receive it within 10 days. May I know how they send out the credit card? By normal post or poslaju or other courier service? I applied it in the shopping mall.

congrats, I also received my Redmi 5A from RP last week, straight away sold for RM299
now thinking whether to keep the card or not
one transaction per month to waive AF, maybe will keep it
