For my case, my offer letter already passed 60 days, 90 days coming soon and still didnt receive the code.
I called few times and few times also tell me different things. If i am still not getting any update from them then i will complain to BNM as they couldn't fulfill thier promises.

1st CS said, the code will send after 60 days of your last transaction instead of welcome letter.
2nd CS said, Have to wait 4-8 weeks after 60 days.
3rd CS Said, will send email to relevant department.
4th one, checked the previous agent, no email was sent, and will send again.
Keep on bullshitting.

Now i am waiting their last update these 2 days, if no, then prepare to get my complain from BNM.

finally my 6 month 0% BT is expiring end of the month. so fast it has been 6 months of great service by HSBC, including the 688 cash back for mass acquisition reward + 5% 3 months FD for upgrading as their Amanah Advance customer.
Thanks HSBC.. if no good offer from now, I have to consider cancelling all the accounts sad.gif

oh wow
https://sp.hsbc.com.my/microsites/lazadacb2...ZADA(Final).pdf
here says "unique ID will be delivered post 60 days of welcome letter."

but it also include this

3. HSBC Bank / HSBC Amanah reserves the right to substitute the eVouchers with any other item of similar value at
any time with 3 days prior notice.
4. HSBC Bank/HSBC Amanah reserves the right in their absolute discretion to amend, delete or add to any of these
Terms & Conditions from time to time with 3 days prior notice and such amended Terms & Conditions shall
prevail over any provisions or representations contained in any other materials advertising the Promotion

anyway, since my application is in the process, how do i get an update regarding the process? any idea?

hi guys for the RM500 evoucher on lazada, you will get it AFTER you spend RM1000 so that you can use it on NEXT purchase?

or you will get it WHEN you want to spend RM1000 so that you can apply the code immediately?

you meet the spending criteria first, then you should get the e-voucher code, for your use in next purchase.

it's a lazada voucher, so yes, spend on anything in lazada.
