may i know how to check when my HSBC points expired?

I checked on Ringgitplus it states Amanah MPower annual fee waiver with 12 swipes. Is it still applicable and is it automatically done or still need to call in and request for it?

Hi Guys, may i know how to cancel the HSBC credit card ?
i just got my card on feb, which not much use and only apply for lazada voucher.
Is it need to call to customer service to cancel ?

Last time the customer service inform that need to call them to waive. not too sure on this

So far I no need, they jz sent SMS already Waived the AF for me.

What is the purpose of the first phone call? They called me this morning but I wasn't around to answer

Call for verification and terms agreement bla bla bla. They will send u a link to submit all supporting documents after that. Btw i missed their call last time and they did sent me email to check available date and time

Received email saying my application (RM500 Lazada Voucher promo via Lazada Page) expired after about 6 weeks from my submission and request me to reapply. No reason stated and i called 2 times to CS and they promised to clarify and return call but never happened.

Anyone can confirm is the Lazada RM500 voucher promo still on and where can i apply this again? I tried to find it from lazada website but unable to locate this promo...possible the promo end dy?

if they are not from HSBC then gave out free info to scammer already

Applied for Amanah MPower through RinggitPlus. A minute after submitting, HSBC called, that's pretty quick. However the application process over the phone is pretty hassle as he/she might hear wrongly and key in the wrong thing.

Applied with all docs uploaded with watermark but eventually no news at all.

After 7 weeks suddenly received email mentioning my application was "EXPIRED" and request me to reapply! Quite disappointed with the way they manage.

Also called up few times to CS to follow up but at last they give me sales department number to follow up again. I feel that me as a ball being kicked to left right corner center.

I'm not happy with the phone process either. Ask so many questions nevermind but called during office hours. Talk 10-15mins on the phone. Summore must tell salary. Let whole world know meh? I really feel uneasy to give out personal info to some stranger that called over the phone. This goes against all the warnings about scammers calling for info

Anyway I had HSBC card before, their service is quite terrible.

most banks speak out TnC on the phone already, then ask you reply yes or no
usually i said over the requirement for salary if need on the phone then they understood
some insist want to know, so he speak few figure from high to low, i reply yes or no lol...
never tell the annual income on the phone when they ask haha
