Hi Guys,

i couldnt find any info saying that 1st year Annual fee is free for visa platinum / visa signature, can anyone confirm on this? as i am thinking to apply for lazada voucher :-)

For my case, submitted on 27th of April, 2 days back call them to verify and thier CS said the status is "Pending". And today i received thier email saying that my card is approve.. not that slow actually lol.

Guys, i just called to CS regards to my balance transfer amount.
I applied for 3 months with 0 % interest, somehow the full amount appeared in my june statement, then i queried them, what CS told me HSBC wont practice to seperate the balance transfer into 3 months statement, as long as i pay the minimum then i will not being charge.. is that ture?

Also, since i have balance transfer in my hand, as long as i use my card on retail transactions, i have to immediately to pay on the next day, as finance charge will be impose.. as due to i have BT in myhand, so i dont have 20 free interest days. i was like what the hell? Can anyone confirm this?

Wow, luckily i just swapped RM20 this month.
But during the time i applied BT, the fella nvr mentioned this to me, probably i will have to complain to Bank Negara if they impose the finance charges on my next bill. mad.gif

my only transaction was Balance Transfer lol..
I called and ask when can i get my voucher, somehow the CS i guess new or what, said will need to check further only can confirm whether BT is part the tnc for me to redeem 500.

what does RP stand for? Relevant Department?
I just called them, and the CS told me have to wait 6-8 weeks in order for them to deliver me the code even after 60 days of welcome letter.
Which mean they nvr fulfill the promise stated in the tnc.

Mine just passed 60 days of my welcome letter.
Called them and they told me will escalate my case to relevant department and have to wait 6-8weeks.
What a lousy service.

For my case, my offer letter already passed 60 days, 90 days coming soon and still didnt receive the code.
I called few times and few times also tell me different things. If i am still not getting any update from them then i will complain to BNM as they couldn't fulfill thier promises.

1st CS said, the code will send after 60 days of your last transaction instead of welcome letter.
2nd CS said, Have to wait 4-8 weeks after 60 days.
3rd CS Said, will send email to relevant department.
4th one, checked the previous agent, no email was sent, and will send again.
Keep on bullshitting.

Now i am waiting their last update these 2 days, if no, then prepare to get my complain from BNM.
