You can Request setting on any "Preferred " amount that u suka however, sometimes they X sent SMS Alert to U on every transaction...

Is waiting for 10 minutes to get to the customer rep to report a lost or stolen card is normal for HSBC bank? I cannot reach the customer service on this. This is so terrible.

Only this bank wait more than 5 minutes. Yesterday night waited for 10 minutes. What's wrong with hsbc

Bcoz many ppl misuse their "Report Lost Card" function.. Some ppl call CS straight press "Report Lost Card" to gain immediate access to CS. But, the main reason ppl misuse is Bcoz their CS is suck..

never able to get thru to even speak to CS.

I suppose this should be a valid complaint to bank n3gara?

You can refer to Ringgitplus FB page as I have checked with it, people commented that they have keep waiting the gift to be delivery, delay and delay

i'm not really worry about the gift, i claimed huawei youth 7, luggage x 2 from Ringgitplus before. Usually the delay is due to the bank delay in providing the redeem code.
HSBC very slow in giving the code, my huawei youth 7 have the same case. I got public bank code very quickly.

I have interested on this gift, but on hold due to bad comment by people from FB page, quite troublesome if keep follow up both party and keep waiting...

That's the price you need to pay if you want to claim the free gifts from RP haha.
I hv claimed few gifts from RP before such as BB Z3, HW Youth 7,RM300 petrol card etc....all need to wait..

Just got a message from the banker who help me apply say my card just approved for HSBC Amanah Platinum - i , but no details yet .... how long will i receive the card? No SMS to me yet also
