That's the price you need to pay if you want to claim the free gifts from RP haha.
I hv claimed few gifts from RP before such as BB Z3, HW Youth 7,RM300 petrol card etc....all need to wait..
*
Doesn't matter keep waiting as long as the gift is delivery, just scared that need to follow up until deeply, delay and waiting

I have apply this HSBC card during last year of June from RP which is BB Z3 gift, few follow up email send and saying that I'm entitled for BB Z3 as gift...

After that, no more news from them, keep waiting bank to call

Seem like RP has no disappointed to you right since you got the gift from them

Regarding HSBC BBZ3 promotion, you must check with HSBC first. If HSBC said you are entitled, then you must seek an answer from RP if you do not receive the Z3 or equivalent gift.
VV Important - ALWAYS read the TnC

Yup, I do have read the T&C.

I didn't check with HSBC but only check with RP with 2 confirmation email.

During the time, I'm still waiting call from HSBC bank actually, no call, follow up with RP, she advice that Bank will call within 3 working days, in the end no call also, most probably many new application ? hmm.gif

Write in and tell that you want the card which you have applied for only. If they dont change the card, tell them to retract the approval of the plat card, assuming you dont want it. In future cross your ic copy with the card that you are applying for only.

You can try to call but might be impossible to reach them. Try to send an email. Or if there is messaging system at uour hsbc portal, you may write in there.

I just got charged AF for my Feb Statement, any members here manage to get AF waive from HSBC CS? Or should i just cancel the card, since i rarely use the card, therefore benefit from HSBC are rather limited.
