hey guys,
After a workout(HIIT), should I stick with water or go for Isotonic drink? cutting some sugar in drinks or cut water weight is more important? usually drink 1L of water after working out |

However having said that, cutting sugar in drinks depends on you own body's condition.eg like are you a diabetic? |

I've been training my chest few months ago. The mass definitely increase and I felt the fats decrease as well. But, the chest bulges on the side chest (below armpit) are still there. How to get rid of them? FYI, i never neglect flyes workout. Thank you

Thank you You can't spot reduce fat in your body.If you're experiencing fat lose and muscle mass increase with your present training schedule, stick with it. Eventually your fat bulges will decrease. |

Isotonic drinks, Herbalife are not going to help. Isotonic drink for one is a freaking liquid sugar. Sugar is not a good friend, my friend.
And Herbalife? Hahaha. If you are dead serious on losing weight, let's get a cup of coffee somewhere in KL. I can share with you my experience face to face. You pay for the coffee(s) of course. Dead serious means you are willing to change your eating habit and stick to it for months to come, non-nego. Love to read is a plus. I don't want to answer tons of questions with remorse. |

I love my gorilla / monster drink. Its abt manipulation of the time of sugar intake that is important. For the general masses, its best to avoid sugary drink.

QUOTE(Kaellis @ Nov 11 2016, 08:58 AM) yea. he said intermittent fasting is good because we usually cant control our appetite at night, so fast during the day and only start eating after lunch through night so that you can have a more satisfying meal at night |
