can i ask how much time u guys usually spend on tracking the calories? like if i eat a bowl of cereal, i need to go count the amount of calories, is that very time consuming
especially for complicated food trying to lose weight and from this thread, seems like tracking calories is a good way to understand my own body |

QUOTE(Mr2PieR @ Jun 19 2017, 05:25 PM) What do you eat all the time? Do you keep a Food Diary? yah man, i have no food diary, but just eating a lot lesser caloriesWhen you talk about exercise, what are the activities you are into? Jogging? How many Minutes per KM? What are the time you spent doing the exercise? To speed things up, simply eat lesser CALORIES (Not Carbs) and you will see the result. thinking of tracking calories to know what is my progress though |
