hey guys,

After a workout(HIIT), should I stick with water or go for Isotonic drink?

cutting some sugar in drinks or cut water weight is more important?

usually drink 1L of water after working out

I think this is a matter of preference.
Drinking water thru out the day is a definite plus.
However having said that, cutting sugar in drinks depends on you own body's condition.eg like are you a diabetic?

Not diabetic but trying to cut sugar to burn fat

it just feel bloated drinking that many water

Hello guys, im trying to lose weight, BMI is at overweight.
I lost weight by not eating rice for like couple of months but then i got back to bad diet and im back being overweight.

I have lack of consistency so my best bet is following a proper guide to lose weight rather than making my own. So, i wonder if there any guides/applications or others that I can spend on to guide me and being more consistent? Thanks.

Discipline is the key, rice is not bad if you count calories

varied your foods to be less boring, no one want to eat the same thing everyday

have 'cheat meal' rather than cheat day, once 2 weeks should be okay

best of luck this new year motivation laugh.gif

Hi, i'm new here to this thread, need advise from experts here.

Aiming my resolution for this year to start lose weight.

My regular routine past last year november what i did for weekday.

1. 1 bottle of nutrition mixed with 1 table spoon oat for breakfast.

2. Lunchtime 12.30pm to 1.30pm i took chicken breast rice from hawker restaurant.

3. Dinner time 6pm onward i only had 2 red apples.

in within 2 weeks i lost about 4kg from 120kg(yes i am overweight person with 175cm height)

working hour always up and down 3 level staircase.

Problem comes to me just 1 day because of my ex-colleague organized farewell dinner i got no choice but still have to go even trying to control my food selection i had on the table they ordered side dishes the food consumed easily gain weight in 2 days.

i'm so upset back then and today stand up to ask for guidance while im still doing my own method.

1. Oat bar with water for breakfast.

2. As usual take roast chicken rice for lunch.

3. 1 oat bar and 2 apples for dinner.

4. weekends most troublesome but im still trying.

Here is your TDEE

what you need to do is eat less than maintenance for losing weight, exercising is optional but good when you overeat your calories

use myfitnesspal app to keep track and try to weight in food(cheap digital scale from Lazada/Mr. DIY should be fine) you're eating (is hard if you eat out a lot) , I try dieting without eating rice, pizza, oily food(it worked but was miserable)

I loss 24kg from August 2016, discipline is the key

How long do you do the diet?

did you count the calories?

foods like nuts and olive oil is healthy but very caloric dense.

Does it really help to wear certain sports outfit (compression etc), have been hearing this from friends, that it reduces the risks of injuries. What should my budget be?
