Gonna start my every year not archive goals again this year.

2015 - completely noob weight >100kg

2016 - Eat frequency (6 meals a day with food replacement) + exercises (weight and cardio) but gain back after Raya lowest weight 83kg. This plan need a lot of money.

2017 - Hit 98kg again and gonna start different prog from 2016 testing out intermittent fasting (eat 1 or 2 times a day) and can save up money too.

So irregardless of what type of diet you go to, you will loose fats. Even with full carbs diet.

Yeah but the 6 meals in a day is a pain in a ass. Also thinking about food, calories, eat timing, always feel tired/sleepy and need a lot a time for preparation.

But when I start the intermittent fasting (1 week and half) it's a opposite, and the good thing is I feel more energy and never feel sleepy anymore. I hope this method can archive my weights goal, give me 3 months for result.

Intermittent fasting is easy. I'm doing the same exact thing. I just don't eat breakfast. More time for me to sleep! tongue.gif

Hi guys, i am 30 yrs old, 175cm, 80kg. I used to be the type of guy that was always skinny and very hard to get my weight >50kg, until i went to uni and started doing gym (strength training) manage to bring my weight to 65kg.

After working >5 yrs my weight has slowly increased but the main problem is that the weight isnt evenly distrubted. My fat doesnt grow sideways but mainly around the tummy area sad.gif

How to get lean and flatten the tummy? Do same as people trying to reduce body fat % or must do something different?
Is strength training or cardio better in my case? Or split 50/50?

Thanks

The keyword is calorie deficit.
How you achieve that is up to you.

hi, im trying to lose my weight now since i cant do any physical exercise due to my injured knee...

im trying to count calories intake, limiting my eating portion so i can get my ideal weight back...

im 23 y.o. , height 168cm (roughly), male with current weight of 76kg...trying to lose weight to 65kg in 1 month..my suggested calorie intake shud be 1500kcal according to a website..i dont know whether it is correct or not..

so, i need a suggestion on what shud i eat (food planning, eating habit) coz im just a typical working malay dude, so yeah, all dat healthy food are kinda hard to get (for a dude like me)

just now, i manage to downsize my eating portion..any suggestion on what easy-to-get food that is healthy?

the only thing i came close was, eating yogurt everyday on 5pm, manage to lose 2kg in 2 month

Did you know, yogurt actually contain a lot of sugar? You should find more info on what is right and is wrong to be eat during your diet. hmm.gif
You have to know what is type your body is, how much calories your body need per day and etc. you have learn that first then you can get the better result. Try ask a recommendation from pro like personal trainer or nutrition adviser. If you need any contact number of personal trainer , you can find at https://www.lookp.com/malaysia/fitness-trainer
Do the right before its become worst. rclxm9.gif
