Sorry to hear that. Check the sliding door locking mechanism and window handles too. It's fairly bad. The contractor promised me that it will be fixed without much issue. Let's see how true..

That's shoddy workmanship! Hello spsetia are you reading this? That's f*****g shameful. This is unacceptable for a premium developer who aspires to be an international player. You gonna fix every single loose screw I see in my house. You want to sell one million ringgit house,, then act like a developer who sells one million ringgit house

Hahaha.. Workmanship is always the contractor not the developer so much Mah. Today 2 SPS guys came with me to do joint inspection. At least they acknowledged my dissatisfaction over the poor workmanship and stood at my side when the contractor guy came. The merbau flooring upstair is quite ok though to be fair

Ya lah but who control the contractors? Who sign off on the contractors completion checklist. Glad that you are happy with their responsiveness. But poor quality work should not have been acceptable in the first place. I know I won't

I went to visit SEG ard 9pm tonight and notice that the lightings are very poor inside the residential area even though all the LED street lights are on.
I will complain to developer that more public lightings to be added such as garden lights etc.

Liu Li Clubhouse Pool cleared up. Good this is they've heard feedback from Lepironia owners so the pool for Liu Li is wider.

Lights taking shape at the Pavillion in Liu Li Garden. Fountain may have similar lighting designs...so the shapes that appeared in the brochure and youtube might be correct after all.

Hello all, the last time I checked my Huan Xi unit, before VP, the toilet door of the master bedroom does not open fully and hits the toilet bowl! Anyone has this issue as well? Really unhappy about this.

It is the master bedroom toilet. Terrible. This is definitely a mistake in the construction. Other bathrooms are alright though. In general, workmanship is alright but this mistake is unacceptable la..

setia whoa...what you expect??? another local developer nia.

they will fix whatever you fill in as the cost is beared by main contactor. they dun really care......

their goal is "if you can find the defects, they will fix it. If you don't, good luck". There seems to be no prior inspection between developer and main contractor wan......

This is a design defect and some more happen in the washroom of master bedroom. I shall say a schoolboy mistake which shouldn't happen for SEG.

One alternative is to use folding door but personally don't think it's nice for master bedroom.

I hope not man.. I don't wanna open the door and see the toilet. The toilet is off centre. They probably can move it more to the left, but it is going to take a lot of hacking of the pipes.
