Seen anyone has started the renovation?

No power, and water.. so doubt anyone started.
Saw some houses change the design during construction.. cover up 5 ft land for Huan xi and moved the toilet to enlarge the wet kitchen.

No idea bro. But i wouldn't take everything that's in the youtube as representative of what will be delivered. Nonetheless, the fountain is not running yet so there may be enhancements still, esp the the lightings.

Not yet. If anything, i think those who have taken delivery are probably going through the defect checklist. It will take the developer another 2 to 3 weeks to fix the defects. No renovation is allowed while the defect rectification is ongoing. Finally, electricity and water and all M&E inspections and testing is only scheduled for Dec. So, I doubt any renovation can start until Dec at the earliest.

SEG streetscape wise...its similar to Ecopark in a way. but density wise more compact.

but setia has learnt how to control natural waterways...therefore water element in SEG will be much better than the teh tarih state of ecopark.

lets wait n see if SEG can win Fiabci award for bestest residential development in the world or not.....if yes, they are same par with ecopark and DPC lioa...

Eco Glades needs a better open commercial lake park than Desa ParkCity

In fact, ParkCity one quite small.

Awhile back, I think i saw someone mentioned that SPS is building a show house for Kamares.
There was a photo taken of a construction site.

Any idea on this.

The current sales office at Lepironia Garden club house will be closing down soon once this show village with the façade of Isle of Kamares is done.
Base on their current progress, I think another 2-3 months to be ready.

Was driving around liu li earlier. And then I noticed one corner unit close to the guard house which had the courtyard all covered up. Quite nice I thought, it made the living room much bigger. How did the owner do it. Renovation before vp? I also want!

I heard some owners refused to take vp for to miselling of green heart & blue view. The lakes are not blue as per ads☠.... Any comments ?

I think that's stupid

my comment is buyers should be aware that lakes that are inland and not particularly massive in body cannot possibly be blue like the sea.
When I visited SEG early last year, the salesguy there also took great pains to explain to me that the water will not be blue like the sea (although I didn't really expect it to be).

Owners just need to take it easy. Every project nowadays...buyers complain x 3 like American ..sue sue sue. AI yo.

How can they do this before VP? We also want to do, if do before the house complete will be cheaper ...... Can we complain the double standard. Will write and check with the developer
