Looking good!! but the pool really looks like a water feature rather than a pool... biggrin.gif
The water quality is good though..

Agree, if want to flip.. i would suggest waiting for a vast majority of the development to complete.
Just like desa park, early flippers didn't get a good % compared to those who wait till the development was partially mature.

Stupid question. This is bit confusing.
If we don't consume and aren't allowed to sell back, then where does all the energy go?
It won't be activated is that it?

I thought the this would be partially used for own consumption..

TNB wont allow you to consume the BIPV generated from your own panel.

you need to sell back to TNB.

Tks for the photos sharing.
For Huan Xi layout - not really happy with the layout especially the staircase that separating living / dining.
Why can't the architect design the staircase aside instead of middle of the house? A 2900ft2 BU super link doesn't give any spacious feel at all. sad.gif

Yeap, the 26 is basically a 20 with the side track taking up around 5 ft.
Wonder what to do with that!

If for own stay, need to cover up that 5' and change some layout like shrinking the size of wet kitchen to have more spacious feel.
Too be honest - SPS is good in landscape however the internal layout is TAK BOLEH la...... The layout designe by Mah Seng / UEM and Gamuda still much better imho.
*
Can cover up meh? that would change the facade no? cause the "side yard" runs all the way to the back connecting to the back yard...

for the current launch, if you count by per sqft, it isn't cheap comparatively to the previous launch...

Fully extended to enlarge the dining / dry kitchen area!

Can extend meh? I thought strata can't do that?
seriously don't know what to do with the space, understand the concept that they want more natural light and all.. but it really makes the area smaller.
