Was driving around liu li earlier. And then I noticed one corner unit close to the guard house which had the courtyard all covered up. Quite nice I thought, it made the living room much bigger. How did the owner do it. Renovation before vp? I also want!

Actually I don't really mind the fact that the owner did a renovation. Because it looks quite nice and to be honest I may also want to do a similar renovation. I just hope that spsetia won't stop me when I do a similar one. Because if they do, I will take them to court!

I don't think it's right to discriminate against potential tenants because of their skin colour. That is completely unethical. What if the so called "negro" is a university professor with three beautiful daughters. Do we still ban them?

Whether the current government is racist or not is completely irrelevant. We are not talking about the government here. We are talking about racial profiling the occupants at setia eco glades.

However it is completely valid to be vigilant against drug gangs. So what we should do is very properly the identify of the tenants, for those owners who want to rent out their unit. Don't take short cuts.

How would you feel if you go to another country, and people refuse to rent out to your family on the basis of your ethnicity. It's wrong isn't it.

A good neighborhood is not a good neighbourhood because of the absence of dark skinned people. It is a good neighbourhood because of the good mentality of its neighbors.

Then let's not rent to tenants with bad track records, regardless of what ethnicity the family belongs to.
