Eco glades clubhouse look normal and tiny.... nothing special... just the houses are nice... facilities provided unable to support the communities there, too tiny... unless everyday walk around to enjoy the scenery nia..

those who buy there are cash rich, they dont mind paying extra for bigger facilities...

share pic for sake of what.. got money buy?

ppl shy to share the clubhouse pix.... its too tiny... basketball court not even half court.. and beware breaking the windows next door, maybe the court is for u to train ball positioning not for playing...

seg clubhouse better keep it secretly, or ppl will think its middle class house, i rather ppl post more house pic than clubhouse pic... dont think seg clubhouse pic will talk a thousand words, i think will shy potential buyer a thousand miles away.. but like some ppl said in this forum, they have their own clubhouse, this main clubhouse doesnt need to be huge.. so, whatever...

which school do u send your kids to?

15 min to KL.. you are crazy... MEX is like freeway, nobody cares...

how's the private school fees per mth? and who are the students in private school? mostly foreigner or local?

i follow the speed limit, 100-120 it takes 25-30 min.. so your 10 min really scary.. life is precious...

ppl just cant imagine how rapid the development in cbj.. in their mind is already set cbj are ghost town with no life.. but they never been to cbj... and if they been to cbj probably they been to wrong place, which they dont really explore and guided well..

semenyih linked house can sell at 450k, and the distance to kl from semenyih and cbj about the same...
the only thing is semenyih not so well plan.. but price are very important factor...
cbj from starting until now are selling future price...

google map is dead, but human experiment are alive.

semenyih forumers claimed, they can reach KL in 30 mins time with normal speed allow, so do cyberjaya to kl... there are even some video to proof their claim.

I have shared this ascotte boulevard thread before.

All the way from bangsar to Nottingham university in Semenyih.

From federal highway till Semenyih, only one toll (batu 11) and one traffic light in front of Saujana impian.

Time taken from Federal highway till Petronas Jalan Semenyih only about 27 minutes, but from Petronas Semenyih toll Nottingham uni takes about 18 minutes... This shows how important the Ecohill link could be..

It shall depend on individual preference... When the Ecohill link is opened in future, we actually can totally skip Jalan Semenyih, which is notorious for its traffic jam.. Perhaps you can try to travel to Semenyih more frequently to analysis whether you could adapt to such travel..
