Hello all, the last time I checked my Huan Xi unit, before VP, the toilet door of the master bedroom does not open fully and hits the toilet bowl! Anyone has this issue as well? Really unhappy about this.

It is the master bedroom toilet. Terrible. This is definitely a mistake in the construction. Other bathrooms are alright though. In general, workmanship is alright but this mistake is unacceptable la..

I hope not man.. I don't wanna open the door and see the toilet. The toilet is off centre. They probably can move it more to the left, but it is going to take a lot of hacking of the pipes.

Got the keys this week. Overall, everything is good and I am satisfied, only minor issues. Slight leak in ceiling after heavy rain. Told the person about it and he said that they will look into it. However, the master bedroom toilet door issue still remains. One possible solution is to hack the floor and to place the toilet bowl further from the door. I am not too comfortable with this as I am afraid it might cause other complications and leak issues in the future. Would appreciate it if the taikors here can give me some advice. Thank you.

Thank you! Yes, was thinking of bi fold or maybe sliding door. They had a few suggestions, one of them was to put a stopper so that the door hit the toilet bowl directly *sweat*. Escalated the issue to higher management and waiting for their reply. Really a big c**k up from their part.

You should really let them know. SPS is not the perfect developer but if you tell them the defects, they will rectify it, and they really fix it quickly.
The good thing about them is that they are responsible (so far so good).
