Ive already giv some detail to my ID, mayb I can ask some advice from my ID, cos they do alot of those high end projects. My recommended ID, cos workmanship is good and charges also very reasonable. If possible I need more photo from u guys so that I can send to them n see what we can do with low budget but nice and guality design. We can gether more ppl to do it, so that we can get more discount on our renovation.

How can this stupid mistake can happen in sps project (so call top developer). Worst then abc company. Should hav site supervisor/qc to check all these mistake/defect, did they know or just buat tak tau or never check at all??!!👎

Not going to sales gallery, but I think sure got some owners will ask for it. Btw donnow if we make complaints, donnow they will go n change it or not??

I feel not so privacy on my back house, due to not enough trees, on the road can direct view inside our house, especially for Liu Li Garden due to the house too near the fence. What we can do? Any 1 can giv some suggestions?? Or can we request SEG to plant more trees on back or near the fence??
