workmanship in setia ecohill is quite satisfy, can refer to their thread. vp for DSL is ongoing currently.

so i think its more likely related to the team who handle the project.
take an example, for myself i felt EcoMajestic by EcoWorld is doing quite well, however EcoSanctuary is not so doing up to expected standard yet.

why, so you don't buy any property due to local dev but selecting those which is developed by international dev only ?
any international developer worth to intro ? Ohako by japanese ?

Guess some people more exclusive..only international developers...

buy a land and do self build will be even better
layout/spec/workmanship will be perfect as it was designed and manage directly by owner.

as mentioned quite lot of time, we canot denied fact, if ES is not up to expectation, we just have to tell the truth. but we dont listen to haters normally, we discuss to solve the problem, problem solving ongoing after the discussion with EW sorry it may disappoint EW haters that EW listen to purchase and try to make it perfect now

all I read in the reply from ECOWORLD is that your expectation on ES is NOT the expectation ECOWORLD having on ES.

I thought it is either 1 phase or 3 phase?????

I went to SEG show room during lunch. For isle of Kamares confirmed 1 phase not 3 phase.

aiya....kamares is apartments lah.......

rest of SEG is large landed.....you cant assume its 1 phase electricity also.......
