Looking at the progress I doubt they can complete everything on Dec to give vp. Unless just like the recent happen incident, just vp and you can't manage to do reno,as the road works, environment surrounding still got tons of work to do.

Considered good at this market & 40 to 50% already break even for developer. Love the design & view. Still debating to get or not

If you like the concept and cyberjaya area can go for it. Considering the infrastructure around the area and peaceful living. But with the price tag actually can get eco world limited edition park homes mellowood.

Never the less I like the kamares low density, with 12 unit per block and it's garden concept. There is one particular block which is near to the fountain n away from other block too, and beside it have the quiet park.

Block 20. Left 1 unit. 1.x mil ...

i think it may due to the retention pond (landscape, water feature) is not done yet.. which mean once landscape is up these issue will resolve automatically.

Went there to see the flood around 6pm. Didn't see anything though. Should be drainage issue. Mgmt better fit it asap. In fact it is not flood actually..less that 5cm depth lol in the pic and nothing was flooded in the photo including gazebo. See probably. Ha. What basis to shoot kaw kaw. Just fix the drainage ll do. Usual la newly vped. Macam macam.
