What is the cost and installation fees? Heard definitely higher than this 33k.

This is the one of the selling point when they promote their building, so they should apply it long ago and not nearly handover than tell the buyer this problem occur and push the responsibility to us.... The old management left and the new management cannot keep promise this will affect their future trust .... Correct?

They are reimbursing 33k as this is their cost price as they do it in bulk, not a 1 unit installation incurred by house owner when they intend to fix 1.
I think you all are lucky to be offered 33k. They can also fix for you but if Gov don't approve the quota there is no use. Application is 1 thing and getting approval is another. I know of many house owner waiting for approval since 2012. Don't let a white elephant sit on your roof....

Can the system feed the electricity needs of the house? If yes, this can reduce the electricity cost of the house. Maybe it is worth installing rather than getting the rebate.

I Have wrote an email to ask them why? maybe we should write email to push back the responsibility to them... See what they will react especially the top management change and took over by new one if this happen how can they gain the trust from the buyer in future....

Stupid question. This is bit confusing.
If we don't consume and aren't allowed to sell back, then where does all the energy go?
It won't be activated is that it?

I thought the this would be partially used for own consumption..

Yes if you don't get the permit than the whole system will be useless .... Malaysia boleh.... TNB claim that they lack of energy and plan to build nuclear plant in 2021. What type of planning... actually they can give more permit to generate more environmental friendly energy.... speechless now...

the system needs peaking source, not base load source.

Good news! one of the BIPV installer told me that the government plan to approve the BIPV to produce energy for your own use, if your usage is higher, than you have to pay TNB for the difference, but if your usage is lower, still don't know they can reimburse to you or not. They been told this will happen in 2017. (don't know how true) He told me that even the small unit 4kw of BIPV will cost you around RM30K~RM40K so the compensation of RM16.5 I will not consider.....

Went to the sales gallery just now. The villa is only 20+% booked. Not so convince with the concept.

With the price tag at 850K, don't you think this property is not cheap? With this price you can get a link house in Cyberjaya. Furthermore the maintenance fees around RM400+ per month will not be cheap also

Was driving around liu li earlier. And then I noticed one corner unit close to the guard house which had the courtyard all covered up. Quite nice I thought, it made the living room much bigger. How did the owner do it. Renovation before vp? I also want!
*
How can they do this before VP? We also want to do, if do before the house complete will be cheaper ...... Can we complain the double standard. Will write and check with the developer

Oh my god Soros, you are so full of assumptions!

First you assume that "negro" people are bad tenants, and you tell everyone not to rent out to "negro" people

And now you assume that I'm an estate agent!!!

I have got nothing against estate agents. I think they are just trying to earn a living. But I'm not an estate agent. I'm an accountant!!

Like seriously bro. Chill.

Just wanna share what happened in our siblings development Mirage by the Lake (MBTL). Probably a gentle reminder for all buyers/investors of Pangaea and me myself too.
"I initially don't care Pak Hitam renting until I have a group of Mak Hitam in front of my unit in block A4. I was told now there are 10 of them staying in one unit (legal?) they don't follow house rule, throw rubbish in refuse room without using trash bag which caused bad smell and mess. with broken glass. After that always leave the refuse door open. Complained to management twice. Was told they will contact landlord but so far still the same. Next I might just contact the landlord myself if this continues. Very disrespectful. Can't imagine how thrashed the unit now considering 10 people staying...
The pak hitam also rude. Throw rubbish everywhere. When asked where are they from for short chit chat will give rude answer. One Pak Hitam car (Nissan Fairlady) always park everywhere, even at my car park once because don't want people to park next to it. Today the car got involved in bad accident inside A4 parking (the irony). Asked guard what happen he said drive fast in parking and hit another car.
I have stayed here for 3 months. Please think before you rent. You might just go after quick bucks but you are destroying the good environment of Mirage and you own unit too."
Credits to the owner@poster.

This is from one of the Mirage by the lake owner

If I'm not mistaken I sense some contempt in your comment.

And why would you assume that if I rent my unit to a family of the African ethnicity, my property is going to depreciate? It's highly irrational.

How would you feel if you go to another country, and people refuse to rent out to your family on the basis of your ethnicity. It's wrong isn't it.

A good neighborhood is not a good neighbourhood because of the absence of dark skinned people. It is a good neighbourhood because of the good mentality of its neighbors.

Dear bro I am not base on assumption but base on the data of which the unit I rent to pak hitam ...... if you still don't trust us please rent a unit in any property which full of them than you will know......the environment like shit .... I stay in Manara D'sara a few years back the 150units of condo than Just only 2 units occupy by them every sat and sun when they get drunk than a lot of problem happen until the owner terminate their rent.....
