Currently staying in Subang Jaya and was thinking of getting the Isle of Kamares as a retirement home. Plan to rent it out for a few years before moving in. Then rent out my house in Subang Jaya as my loan should be settled by then.

Guess I have to work harder and pray harder for more discount from SPS.

I looked at the map of Cyberjaya and note that SEG is at the northern most of Cyberjaya. This also means SEG is very close to Puchong.

Any chance that SPS might build a link road to Puchong from SEG.
Make sense since Puchong was also developed by SPS and they might attract their supporters in Puchong to come over to SEG.

Awhile back, I think i saw someone mentioned that SPS is building a show house for Kamares.
There was a photo taken of a construction site.

Any idea on this.
