Has Architect issue CCC? If yes, then you should question the architect....

Developer just issued VP based on CCC by Architect.

They are quite class actually , their after sales service is good too based on my previous experienced , but workmanship , much depends on the contractor la

Last time yes, but now the management team change this is the first handover since Setia took over by PNB??

Can extend meh? I thought strata can't do that?
seriously don't know what to do with the space, understand the concept that they want more natural light and all.. but it really makes the area smaller.

Yes we can extend that portion however up to 5 ft from exterior only in order to main the original façade.
Stupid architect, 26' width but dont even has a 20' feel at all!

Confirmed by SA when we purchased it in 2012.
What sample house? All Liu Li phase 1 sapu within 1 day with ballot!

My point is that developer will only build sample house if sales tak laku.
All sold out within a day....u think still got sample house mer Mr. Wong?

no lah...usually developer starts to build show units before the parcel is launched......

not after pre launch then see if got demand then only build show units
