QUOTE(cybersim2 @ Oct 30 2015, 11:07 AM) Hi ! Do you guys ride in rain ? Mind to share what clothes and shoes do you wear ? I don't have special outfits for cycling but I usually wear dryfit Ts and Columbia's hiking pants when I ride. Even if it rains , it will dry off in less than 30 minutes with continuous riding. Also I have those hiking sandals which dries off fast too. But nowadays, I can't wear these sandals when mountain biking because on offroad, bits of mud and sands gets into the shoes. But I guess riding on tarmac should be OK. Those watershoes by Adidas or Nike also are OK since they dries off fast.Got a few cycling events during this monsoon season ![]() The one above is quite expensive but you can get similar kinds from Direct Sports under their Karrimor brand. Just as good and comfy in fact. I have one size 43 (very new). Anyone interested, can let you have for 50 bucks. This post has been edited by etigge: Oct 30 2015, 12:10 PM |

Hi,
I just got my java fit 16. It's way easier to ride than dahon because of the 451 tyre, and everthing is a lot stiffer in java. Another big drawback for java fit it's body is too short for many adults (including me). So need to ride with bit upright position. The first thing I need to change will be the handle which made of very hard rubber. This post has been edited by ssyycc: Nov 2 2015, 02:42 PM |

QUOTE(ssyycc @ Nov 2 2015, 02:34 PM) Hi, Correctly they are described as 'bar grips'. One of the most under rated important components is the bar grips apart from the saddle. These two are where our body touches the bike and it is very important that both of these matches us. Gel gloves helped to an extent. A few years ago, LeRun Industries had their warehouse sales and these in the pictures below was selling at 50 percent discount. I bought 4 sets of them but 2 have been sold when I sold my 2 folding bikes. I made a mistake of not taking them out. Now I have 3 sets ( 1 set I managed to fing in Rodalink ). I find them actually very comfortable but as they are in an angle, they must be adjusted such that it does not hinder the gear shifter release.I just got my java fit 16. I buy from a seller from Mudah. Takut kena tipu juga...but the seller is great. It also 50off since is scratched. Never mind just a little. It is very smooth and soft like butter Now I am trying to find them but I don't think Le Run will bring them in again. ![]() p/s I also look for my second bike now, any cheap/GOOD brand recommend under RM700++ ? I ride in town, you know scare kena curi....huhu TILT 720 BTWIN- I like this concept of folding but why no ppl talk about it? I saw only Tern is popular in Malaysia This post has been edited by kijang123: Nov 2 2015, 04:01 PM |
