Rent out my 450sf 3rooms unit, RM550 each room with own aircon and partition cover till ceiling but still dunno why got owner rent out lower than that?

i saw quite a number of units lighted on at evening. it does seem to gain more traction lately.

Get my key end of last year, after new year done all the defects only start to do some minor renovation, beginning of this month get my tenant. Chat with the students and ask some of their opinions about Garden Plaza, majority they like here got 2 swimming pool, free carpark as they often drive out to makan movie buy groceries at IOI Putrajaya or D'Pulze
