Hi all, I have some framerate issue if im have a game running (either in fullscreen window mode or fullscreen mode) and then opening a video (any video either from windows media player, quicktime, youtube, facebook, and any video) , my game framerate will become low/ sluggish. The issue happen even with my game window/screen as active (im controlling the game). The low game framerate issue stop immedietly when i stop the video from playing and reoccur when i play the video.
The Discreet/integrated graphic LED (power button LED) still remain amber all the way. I have 965M (GE72-2QE) and my friend have 960M (PE62) and he didn't experience this issue.
Nvidia driver and Experience is latest. Battery mode is high performance.
I suspect I might have tweak some configuration that causes this. Anyone know? Kindly assist.
Ah, I think the video player is using the Nvidia GPU not the Intel GPU. Video players have a "hardware acceleration" option that will use the Nvidia GPU to give smooth video playback.
Try to set the video player to use the Intel GPU if using GPU acceleration, or set the video player to turn OFF the GPU acceleration (hence just use some CPU to playback video).

Prefer win 7 and win 10 is so slow. Search at MSI web for PE60 6QD only can dl win10 driver. So mean I can't downgrade ?
Are you using an SSD and at have at least 8GB of RAM? To be honest, with an SSD, Windows 10 is very fast and smooth... and the Windows 10 drivers are probably more suited for the latest hardware.

Wow, thought you weren't being serious. Shocked that the new line of GE model only has white back-lighting. Can't fathom what they're thinking, this move would probably turn away quite a number of their new customers. Is it only affecting local MY set though?
Personally I have no idea what I would even do with an RGB backlit keyboard.

...Is it mainly for MOBA?
