reason don't want the statement because want them to overpay the other card. so I can withdraw cash with that card. u know HLB can get cash via BT.
*
what do you mean HLB can get cash via BT?
Do you mean transfer overpay to CASA?

meaning u overpay HLB credit card amount, then withdraw it as cash via BT. at HLB, instead of BT to other credit account, u BT to saving account. so u can get the cash while enjoy 0% interest rate since MBB didn't charge u interest ma biggrin.gif

This is what I always do.
Just I'm confused with the word you used on 'withdraw cash with that card'. Initially I thought you mean you do 'cash advance'.
Actually not only HLB can transfer overpay to CASA, others bank can do it too smile.gif

There is 3% waived in Maybank BT, is it must apply together as new card? Or can apply BT later? Thanks.

if you mean u want to submit BT without any kind of statement (e.g. open-amount), few forumers reported success without using statements.

cc payment due is independent to BT application.

in case BT failed or took longer than 20/21 days, you still need to settle any outstanding with your current cc.

if BT fund transferred after your cc payment, then you have excess fund in cc account. you can try to request to transfer the money to CASA.

I thought the point of BT is not settle the outstanding by dragging to a longer repayment through transferring to another CC from another bank.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

pleasant surprise.......

MBf zero fee balance transfer offer (ended 31.10.2014) also gave out
Bonus Link Points for BT.

Though i received that offer near its end, still managed to hit 3 BTs
there...... and got 5711 points, RM10 = 3 BL points.

best part is one of them is an overpayment to my MBB AMex and i got that RM5+k refunded into my MBB SA - interest free cash for 6 months.
