There's an issue last week with my application as well.
It's better you call up after you send the application form to confirm they receive it.

I had to re-submit again via email today (first submission on 17th was not receive    )

call them up, they give me a form, fill them up, email to them

I resend to BOTH emails on the 2nd attempt... They did receive it.

why not call them ask why rejected?

same response i get from CS, BT amount is considered in CL. Same like Aeon.

my 48k BT from Alliance+PB  to MBB went smoothly without statements from Alliance & PB...just fill in the form and u are good to go...

i always try to not overpay my AEON cards since earlier this year as this seems to be a "potential" cause for reject BT.

fully agreed and that might be the exact reason.

I think I overpaid too much (around 4K+) credit balance, that why get rejected (P.S: They might thought I rich, so no need BT ) . Not sure others who did overpayment, how much is the overpayment amount u all did?

Besides PBB, what else bank dont need statement for BT application? I tried OCBC, they dont need statement, and dont bother other side of CL also..They just approve whatever customer request as long as meet their requirement which is max 90% of OCBC CL..

But if u have the statement with u....just submit it
