This balance transfer thingy limit is based on the current credit limit u have on the credit card that u wan to transfer over? I plan to transfer my cimb to maybank.. but how about if my cimb is having EPP, will it transfer the EPP over?

i wanna ask about this balance transfer, if i opt for maybank 12months transfer from other bank cc 1k, mean i have to pay 1000/12 monthly basis like installment?
