A quick question...

Does TM supports DSL Bonding? Cos if they do I'm thinking of getting a 2nd 4MB line...

No, they don't....
Beside, if you plan to do that....wouldn't it is better to get Unifi instead? After all...two of 4MB line total price is kinda more expensive than Unifi 30Mbps....

What the purpose of having 2 DSL lines? Why not just use one line with very fast speed.

You can get your own router and do the load balancing.

Anyone knows if streamyx rm88 4mbps promotion by agent still ongoing?
A friend of mine wanted to setup cctv at home, since he needs internet of course to view his cameras while he's at work. I suggested to subscribe streamyx 4mpbps rm88, so he went to dungun tmpoint but they said promotion no longer available and ended up gong with rm140 instead.

Is it still possible to cancel/downgrade if it's still not installed?

Oh... Actually he can downgrade to 2Mbps if possible. You need more upload speed rather than having more download speed because the CCTV uploads the video to the client, not download.

Yeah, I'm aware of that which is the sad reality of 0.5mbps upload for streamyx here
So downgrade is still possible then without any extra charges (streamyx still not installed btw)?

You can try to call 100 to change plan or tell the person who calls you to make an appointment.

Hi guys.. Can i ask something. I really in a dilemma here. Right now I'm paying rm220 for astro+streamyx 1mbps. Just now TM called me offer upgrade 4mbps for rm130, my house in ipoh got no unifi sad.gif.

But I'm also considering astro iptv via Maxis. Rm220+- for 10mbps internet+basic astro package.

I'd love to have faster and better Internet. But idk which one to choose. Internet for casual gaming and sometimes YouTube je. Can u guys assist me? Tqvm

But idk which on is a better deal.

I guess TM only offers Streamyx to new subscribers if UniFi is NOT available at the area.

To those who are curious.

16. Can I have more than one Streamyx connection to my premise?

Yes, as long as you have extra telephone line because each Streamyx connection requires one direct/dedicated telephone line.

32. Can I change the package before installation?

You are not allowed to change the package before installation. Should you need to do so, kindly cancel your application and reapply.
