Its 6 months 4.00% 9months 4.15% with required Saving Account needed for interest crediting. Dont ask me why its needed?
BSA or Basic Saving Account is to ensure we are not saddled with any yearly fees such as debit card fees and the likes.

Just some shopping vouchers. Thanks to the info provided by you guys here, we are all now better equipped. It's the same for the OCBC banker's cheque fee. I will be getting back the amount that I paid for FD upliftment. Just few ringgit but it's the principle that counts.

Yes. On two occasions. The branch will courier the cheque to me.

Affin bank CNY Promo min Rm10k until April 2015
1) 4.18% for 15 months casa 15% of money of FD
2) 4.28% for 18 months casa 10% of money of FD
3) 4.38% for 24 months no casa. Just normal account for them to deposit interest

No link. My mother went to the bank and found a brochure. It started since yesterday. Sorry no pic. She took the 3rd option cause is the most worthy promo.

All that was printed on the cert was 4.38% 24 months. Also subsequent FD placement of min Rm10k does not require opening any new account. Just one account is enough.

Public Bank, Public Islamic Bank revise FD rates to 4.28% p.a.

KUALA LUMPUR: Public Bank Bhd and Public Islamic Bank Bhd have revised the promotional interest and profit rates for the PB FD Xtra Campaign to up to 4.28% per annum effective Oct 27, 2014.

The campaign period has also been further extended to Feb 28, 2015 from Dec 31, 2014.
