I can imagine from google map the BTP Latar Interchange from Ijok to BTP and from BTP to KL. But what about from KL to BTP? On the map, I cannot imagine how traffic from KL is going into BTP via Latar?

You can try Google map on Jalan Kuching, then toward Selayang and Rawang, take LATAR highway before entering Rawang town.

Today went to Btp. Phase 1 officially sold out.

Got some questions
1. How much tol we need to pass later when Btp interchange done?
Today go entry at rawang to exit at kundang. Kundang toll only free till this year end. If not, we need to pay rm2. When entry time, got pass 1 toll charged rm2
Will we have to pay rm4 everytime go Btp?
I'm kinda confused

2. I went to see mresidence too. Nice place n design . Any buyers here can give comment? Got compare? why not choose mr2

1. If u enter latar highway from rawang selatan interchange, u will only pay rm2 either u exit at kundang/btp/puncak alam. If u enter to latar highway from templer u need to pay rm4 to exit at either 3 place stated b4.

fyi, mr2 is strata double storey. U hv to pay maintenace every month plus ur loan instalment. It maybe burden some buyer. However mr2 facilities better. U choose what u want n prefer. I prefer btp.

From kL to BTp and from btp to ijok via semi-clover leaf junction that will be construct. A four way dual carrier. 2 lane for loops and 2 lane into latar expressway from btp.

So the CCC will issued by this month? and how about the vacant status for GH Phase 2 ?

Can LYG give an est date due to we had been waiting since August

Thanks for your reply, I buying this house for own staying purpose. Just example, currently, I stay with my family members which 4 members of us. 2 works in PJ and 2 works in KL. We have 4 peoples and 4 cars, with current design, we are difficult to park the cars, i believe if other family which more than 2 required to work in Kl or Pj required travel daily, will have more than 2 cars will facing similar problems.

The interchange is nearer to Block 6 rather than Garden Height ? Is dat true LYG? I,'ve tried driving from Garden Height to Block 6 n it seems quite far for me..I have visited twice but still didnt' noe where exactly the road that connects to BTP interchange from Garden height ? Could u plz explain more bout dis? Tq

for all the 1st time home buyers, please check with developer regarding these factors:-

1. coloum free car porch - will there be column free car porch as shown in show units? as far as i know, column free car porch is more expensive to build and you might not get as show units illustrated.

2. Refuse chamber - there is no refuse chamber right in the show units? actual it will have and where its? and also individual gate.

I've paid 3K for my booking for phase 3 of Garden Height n m using my Government loan ( whc am qualified to 420k loan) I've made a full loan for my house.. bcos of dat i dont need 2 pay da deposit of 10% for my house. Da loan was approved, so, m just wondering n curios whether my 3k deposit is returned to me LYG? Tq

The VP for phase 1 n phase 2 of Garden height seems quite late. m hoping dis won't happen to any other phases again. LYG should follow the SOP so as 2 ensure the VP will reach customer within time..tq

I accidentally found the road that will connects to BTP interchange yesterday as I was lost. hehehe..

If I'm not mistaken, right now the only way to go to the place where the BTP interchange is supposed to be is by following the Jalan Tasik Puteri till the end or following the black line in the map here. If you follow Jalan Tasik Puteri till the end, there will be a dead end, and that is where the BTP interchange is supposed to be, while if you follow the black line you will see the Petronas station right before the supposedly BTP interchange.

The road that is supposed to be connecting Garden Heights to BTP interchange directly is not there yet (blue line in the map). So the only way to go there right now is to complete the loop around BTP golf course.

LYG, if my explanation here is wrong, do correct me.

Last time I check, Acacia Park will have individual gate like Garden Height, and the refuse chamber will be there too. And the fence will be like Garden Height too.

But let's wait for LYG response to this question. I bet LYG is a bit busy this week
