I've bought an intermediate unit in phase 3 Garden Height...wowwww...if i were 2 compare the price i've bought before with da current one... i cannot afford lorr...

The interchange is nearer to Block 6 rather than Garden Height ? Is dat true LYG? I,'ve tried driving from Garden Height to Block 6 n it seems quite far for me..I have visited twice but still didnt' noe where exactly the road that connects to BTP interchange from Garden height ? Could u plz explain more bout dis? Tq

I've paid 3K for my booking for phase 3 of Garden Height n m using my Government loan ( whc am qualified to 420k loan) I've made a full loan for my house.. bcos of dat i dont need 2 pay da deposit of 10% for my house. Da loan was approved, so, m just wondering n curios whether my 3k deposit is returned to me LYG? Tq

The VP for phase 1 n phase 2 of Garden height seems quite late. m hoping dis won't happen to any other phases again. LYG should follow the SOP so as 2 ensure the VP will reach customer within time..tq

Masing2 ada hak utk bercakap dan suarakan pendapat masing2 tapi masing2 tidak boleh memaksa seseorang itu utk bersetuju dgn pendapat anda. Sila jangan menyentuh hal peribadi, paras rupa dan perangai seseorang whilst expressing ur opinions . N yes we have our freedom of expression ! but plz bear in mind here dat there is always exceptions n limitations to this general rule..ie. freedom of expression.

Jalan susur keluar dan masuk ke lebuhraya LATAR Kundang dah siap bulan julai tahun 2014...so we can exit n oso can enter when coming back from KL...n now we r waiting 4 the ' BTP INTERCHANGE" 2 b ready as scheduled from LYG.

the defects on the houses newly built are normal. But if it's MAJOR defects..u should take into account dis matter SERIOUSLY LYG

agree with u... m a GH phase 3 buyer...my parents bought a terrace house in blok1b bandar tasik puteri..they have been facing da same problems before i.e water leaking...i thought LYG have learnt from their previous mistakes but unfortunately by reading their answer regarding dis water leaking..i think they HAVENT!!

If u hv made mistakes, admit it! don't hide it! cos m vry familiar with dat bandar tasik puteri area..my parents r staying there in blok 1b...so now ur job is to rebut our allegations n 2 prove that u've changed...so PLS improve! DONT TALK2 SAHAJA. TQVM LYG.

Majoriti pnduduk di Bandar Tasik Puteri adalah melayu beragama Islam. LYG, repo anda di Bandar Tasik Puteri sebelum ini adalah tidak baik dan anda tahu itu semua. Bila Mah Sing masuk di Bandar tasik puteri, tidak dpt dinafikan ada nmpk sedikit perubahan dan bru LYG mahu memajukan Bandar Tasik Puteri. Sy dan pembeli2 yang lain sgt berharap LYG serius kali ini untuk membangunkan Bandar tasik Puteri dan tidak melakukan kesilapan yg sama kali ini. Terima kasih.

KUNDANG, 30 April (Bernama) -- KL-Kuala Selangor Expressway Berhad (Lebuhraya
LATAR) hari ini menerima kunjungan Y.Bhg Dato’ Sri Dr. Ali Hamsa, Ketua
Setiausaha Negara bersempena lawatan kerja beliau ke tapak projek “Cadangan
Pembinaan Persimpangan Bertingkat Bandar Tasik Puteri (BTP), Rawang” di KM 12.9
(Arah Barat) di Lebuhraya LATAR.
Cadangan projek pembinaan persimpangan bertingkat BTP di Lebuhraya LATAR melalui
laluan masuk sepanjang 500 meter ini akan mengambil masa selama 24 bulan bagi
kerja-kerja pembinaan. Projek ini merupakan salah satu daripada projek yang
mendapat kelulusan di bawah inisiatif Kerajaan Persekutuan melalui Unit
Kerjasama Awam Swasta (UKAS) bagi melaksanakan projek–projek infrastuktur yang
memberi manfaat serta kemudahan kepada rakyat. Projek pembinaan Persimpangan
Bertingkat Bandar Tasik Puteri akan dibina oleh pemaju Bandar Tasik Puteri iaitu
Rawang Lakes Sdn. Bhd.
Projek ini melibatkan pembinaan Persimpangan “Semi-Clover Leaf”, Laluan 4
(empat) lorong 2 (dua) hala, Laluan 2 (dua) lorong untuk “Loops” dan 2 (dua)
Jalan Susur ke Laluan Utama Lebuhraya LATAR.
Dengan pembinaan persimpangan bertingkat ini juga ianya akan memudahkan akses
terus ke Bandar Tasik Puteri dan bakal memberi manfaat kepada hampir 40,000
penduduk Bandar Tasik Puteri serta kawasan sekitarnya yang merupakan antara
pengguna Lebuhraya LATAR untuk ke Kuala Lumpur dan Kuala Selangor.
Pada hari ini juga turut menyaksikan majlis Menandatangani Perjanjian Dana
Mudahcara (Facilitation Fund) di antara Kerajaan Malaysia (melalui UKAS), Bank
Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad dan Rawang Lakes Sdn Bhd membabitkan dana berjumlah
RM 71.4 juta.
Di majlis yang sama, satu taklimat ringkas mengenai projek pembinaan tersebut
turut disampaikan oleh pihak LATAR kepada Y.Bhg Dato’ Sri Dr. Ali Hamsa.
“Pihak LATAR amat menyokong usahama ini yang akan dapat memberi manfaat yang
besar kepada para penduduk BTP yang telah menanti dengan sabarnya pelaksanaan
pembinaan persimpangan bertingkat ini. Dengan Dana Mudahcara berjumlah RM71.4
juta yang telah diluluskan oleh Kerajaan Persekutuan ini, pihak pemaju dapat
meneruskan projek ini yang pastinya akan disambut baik oleh para penduduk BTP
dan memudahkan urusan perjalanan seharian mereka. Persimpangan bertingkat ini
akan turut memberi akses terus kepada penduduk Bandar Tasik Puteri ke Lebuhraya
LATAR,” kata Amran Amir, Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Lebuhraya LATAR.
Menurut Amran, pihak Rawang Lakes Sdn Bhd akan melantik syarikat LATAR untuk
melaksanakan kerja-kerja pembinaan Persimpangan Bertingkat Bandar Tasik Puteri
ini. Beliau juga berharap dengan siapnya persimpangan bertingkat itu nanti,
ianya bakal meningkatkan jumlah trafik kenderaan yang melalui Lebuhraya LATAR.
Lebuhraya LATAR sepanjang 33km ini menghubungkan Kuala Lumpur dengan Kuala
Selangor. Terdapat empat persimpangan di sepanjang lebuhraya ini yang menghubung
ke beberapa bandar seperti Kuala Selangor, Assam Jawa, Ijok, Bestari Jaya
(Batang Berjuntai), Kota Puteri, Puncak Alam, Shah Alam, Bukit Jelutong, Sungai
Buloh, Kundang, Rawang dan Selayang. Lebuhraya LATAR memberikan pilihan yang
lebih cepat dan selamat bagi perjalanan pengguna ke Petaling Jaya dan Kuala
Lumpur dari bandar-bandar tersebut.

My friend who just obtained his key for gh2 said there not much of major defects. He was quite satisfied of overall quality though..plus LAD payment quite fast he said.

So pray for d best. May our voices be heard loud n clear so d buyers won't feel cheated n proud to have a home in btp.

Future buyers will have bigger confidence too thus make this township alive n prosper, god willing.

Glad to hear that then...the BTP township before has gained a reputation 4 being ONLY strictly a residential town ( no petrol station, lack of commercial buildings such as shopping mall etc, access to highway is oso far n that is before LATAR came into the da picture lahhh) so....really hope dat LYG will seriously transform the BTP township as they promised.
