I think right now it's difficult to imagine this. I also think the exit from KL to BTP will be very close to Puncak Alam interchange. But from my experience, there's not a lot of cars at the toll, so hopefully it won't cause haywire traffic right after the toll just to take the exit la tongue.gif

Yes - that is the only way to the location (btp interchanged) as of now. The black line.

Dear LYG, can you kindly post the video montage about the future development of BTP shown in the Acacia Park launching event. I can't wait to watch it again as the video is outstanding and very mind-capturing...

I got this from the internet. Basically this is how it should look like. They also post an almost the same image on BTP website. As I mentioned earlier, it would be right before Puncak Alam interchange, so you can also see it on the left in the picture smile.gif

thanks...it's crystal clear now.. thumbup.gif ....so it is going to be a tunnel under the existing Latar for traffic from KL to BTP and BTP to Ijok .... i think the loops on Latar (next to Ijok bound) is the one that delaying the progress of this BTP interchange as it encroaching into KLK's land...

Great bro......the interchange located at KLK land. However no issue anymore as i know. If they do the interchange at puncak alam interchange less cost i think....just connect with existing puncak alam interchange....

BTP title will be master title however will convert to individual title once the whole phase complete (e.g whole acacia park or garden heights). After developer complete the whole phase for acacia park or garden heights, then developer will submit few documentation to land office. Once converted to individual title then your lease period start. If developer not convert to individual title, we may hv problem if anythg happen to us. That the cons. If your decided to sell with master title, new buyer will hv problem to get loan except from cimb bank. You try refer to product brochure of your acacia park or garden heights. Lease period is short not 99 years bcos it still under lyg master title.

Strata title is like condo/apartment. You cannot renovate your house. That mean all house must be same the exterior. Beside that you need to pay maintenace fees every month. Normally good gated and guarded community will be strata title because easy to maintenace by developer

Strata title is similar to land grants it basically gives you the right to occupy a piece of land. Its important because once you have your title you have certain rights and privilage.

Yes, you are correct faisal. Why not connect it to puncak dalam interchange. Easier & save cost. Maybe just invest 5 mill to conncet to that interchange. Maybe this is plan B if plan A not materialize.

You are right, currently that the best way to the interchange & Petronas.

As alternative you also may follow the green line. If you use this route, you will pass the Medan Puteri, coming Medan Puteri 2, schools (primary, secondary & religion), 2nd mosque and market area (for Pasar Malam, Pasar Tani & Car Booth sale). Little bit busy on traffic but you can 'feel' the life of BTP.

Personally, I think GH residence should request to the developer to expedite the completion of blue line connecting. It really helps you guys to go to the center of BTP especially if you have children to send to the school.

To developer, when the yellow line will construct? This line will help to reduce the traffic from and to Green Valley Park during peak hour.

Good explanation. So far, the developer had done their job on the conversion of master title to individual title. Some of the old blok already had their own title.

all along i thought Acacia Park was part of Garden Heights.. laugh.gif laugh.gif ....Garden Heights is another township and predecessor to Acacia Park right?...if I', not mistaken Garden Heights has been fully developed and Phase 4 was the last phase...Acacia Park is the one that comes with G&G strata with cctv surveillance right?

Good suggestion, easier, faster & less cost.

Before we have Kundang interchange, some of BTP residence used this interchange to connect to the LATAR. From Green Valley Park, we will use Batu Arang road toward Kota Puteri and turn left to the interchange.

Once BTP Interchange completed, suppose less BTP residence will use Kundang Interchange.

Currently, the traffic from BTP to Kundang Interchange is heavy during peak hour. Quite difficult to cross the T junction at Kundang Town to the 'Kampung Cina' toward the Exit.

That why as BTP oldies, we really hope the BTP Interchange will complete on time because the time GH all phases and Acacia completed, definitely the traffic will increase and I can't imagine how hatic the Kundang Town if BTP Interchange is not 'there'.
