I think dat is realistic, cause they have to build a flyover across the hiway. Whereas for BTP-Latar only going underneath if I'm not mistaken. The schedule for a flyover should be longer due to interruptions with ongoing traffic, furher in mid of kl-seremban.

Just my 2cents. Hope LYG could give more updates esp on unifi/broadband and the super important to everyone-LATAR interconnection datelines..

Hi kickasix, Latar connection works have not resumed as yet. However, it is true Latar is making efforts to get the work resumed. Yes there is already a bridge/underpass that has been completed, and there will not be traffic interruption once work resumes. Hence completion is relatively faster than the Mahsing interchange.

Presently there is streamyx in BTP. We are getting suppliers to provide high speed connection, and once TM comes in this can be taken over by them.

Do anyone knows anything on the construction work done before entering PLUS highway after LATAR exit? Massive land clearance is done to make a road or something? anyone care to share.

That supposed to be the upcoming Sg.Serai interchange, which is expected to be completed by Q2 of this year. It will benefit all those Kundang Jaya and Sg. Serai folks! For more info, refer here:

Call and ask for kak zarina, she is the one who will handle refund to Purchaser, don't go and call/email account people cause they won't entertain you, heck, they even scold me for calling them. Such a nice treatment to customer.

You are welcome, FirstHome. Yup. It is really fast. I can imagine for those who have bought the first or second row (to the left in the site plan) of Acacia Park Phase 1 will able to detect the defects faster if the houses are ready by the early of 2016 (based on the current speed, it is possible). Thank you for LYG and Rawang Lakes Sdn. Bhd. for such an impressive speed of work. GOOD JOB!!!

3. When the road (highlighted in green) will be upgraded to four lane dual carrier as per others road upgrade in this township.

4. Is that any plan or project awarded for landscaping upgrade at this whole township especially along Jalan Tasik Puteri, Jalan Lembah Hijau and Persiaran Tan Sri Low Yow Chuan. The oil palm trees are not suitable along this mention road. Better if this road has same types of trees and landscaping. I will improve this township standard (check Emerald main road landscape)

5. Is LYG having any plan to improve the BTP Golf and Country Club entrance statement and complete with light at the entrance for easy accessibility?

6. Why LYG doesn’t want to upgrade the whole township signboard and only focus for new project. If visitor want to go to BTP 15, 17, 18, 27, 28 29 how? No clear signboard and no clear entrance statement. LYG must follow same standard for all block in BTP (as per sample attached)

7. Does LYG know about any plan by local council (MPS) for road upgrade Jalan BTP-Kundang from 2 lanes to 50meter road? What are the exact name of this road and no road signboard of this road?

8. Regarding the issue of Unifi at this township, previously LYG admin suggest us to send request to TM, when it will be done. According to TM, they will bring us Unifi service if they have more than xx request for that particular area. Can I know how many users TM expected from BTP to make sure Unifi service available for this township?

9. Can I know the land between Jalan BTP-Kundang and BTP border is belong to whom? Currently been used for agriculture purpose.  What is the security measurement at all BTP border since anyone can access even if you not using transport.

10. Before the entrance to BTP show gallery, have private access road belong to LYG and have small signboard shown memorial garden. Can I know what exactly this location is?

11. The commercial land along Jalan Tasik Puteri will be heart of this township. Few investor already plan to expand their business at BTP. As i know it will be
  - Caltex Petrol Station (with KFC drive thru)
  - Shell Petrol Station
  - Showroom (can we know what showroom eg car, furniture)
  - Private School (Waldorf International School) - why MOE reject their request
  - Shopping mall (why LYG not build their own shopping mall and lease it, LYG have experience managing mall)

12. Heard from sales agent, their will be Chinese school in this township, where is the location?

Regarding LATAR BTP Interchange, we can call this number for further clarification. Please update if someone make a call - Surati Sujor di 013 2660207/Nur Azwa 019- 2780714

We apologize for the delay.
The upgrading works near PETRONAS will be completed in the next 4 months.
There are no immediate plans to redo the entrance statement for all the phases, however the existing signages will be maintained and kept in good condition.
The location of the BTP2 clubhouse will be relocated to the open area near the sales gallery. Land clearing is underway and work expected to start in 3 months.
Guardhouse for each phases will be constructed once the RA is formed.
Puteri Central Park has been handed over to MPS and they are maintaining it. We do assist to maintain the area to keep it clean.

9. We do not know the owner of the adjoining land. We cannot stop anyone from access to BTP, however for the individual blocks where we have perimeter fencing this will be a good security measure.
10.The memorial garden is a private land. We believe it is meant for the family's bereavement.
11. As you have mentioned those are some of the activities planned. As for a shopping mall it will take some time before LYG embarks on it. But surely this is also part of our future plans. As you are aware Low Yat Plaza is the biggest IT Mall in Malaysia, hence we may put up an IT Mall here in the near future. The Wardorf school has not been rejected. An MOU has already been signed between LYG and them.
12. The proposed Chinese school site is in Block 5 (Acacia Park). The only Chinese school in BTP, we are liaising with the Ministry of Education for this purpose.

Finally we hope we have provided at least some clear information on your long list and there are many exciting plans for BTP which we will reveal once it is finalized.

Q: If the location will be relocated, please update your master plan at Bandar Tasik Puteri website. It will confuse the potential buyer.

One of the reasons I buy at Garden Heights because near the club house, now LYG will move to other location. I know that land at BTP2 that LYG mention to construct clubhouse is already surrender to MPS to built klinik kesihatan integrate with pusat komuniti, however why LYG still proposed to built the club house there at 1st place. LYG also mention on previous comment, if the demand for the club house good, they will consider to built another club house near sales gallery, but now from your feedback, already confirm only 1 club house will be construct at BTP. LYG doesn’t honor the word, not professional attitude.

Q: LYG have mention that LYG will construct few guardhouse at strategic location as one of LYG initiative to reduce crime at BTP, I want to know when this guardhouse will be construct. This is one of your promises in previous comments. Not guardhouse at each phase as your answer.

A: Puteri Central Park has been handed over to MPS and they are maintaining it. We do assist to maintain the area to keep it clean.

Q: If PCP already hand over to MPS, why you still promoting PCP at your BTP video. The current situation is not as your video presentation.

Q: If this road is temporary road, when the proper road will be build? Please check with MPS? Better MPS act fast before unwanted accident happen on this mention road. So dark and very narrow.

Q: Regarding the issue of Unifi at this township, previously LYG admin suggest us to send request to TM, when it will be done. According to TM, they will bring us Unifi service if they have more than xx request for that particular area. Can I know how many users TM expected from BTP to make sure Unifi service available for this township?

A: On TM Unifi, as mentioned we have already contacted TM, and they confirmed the whole of Rawang has no Unifi. However we have approached a high speed broadband contractor to provide high speed internet connection to BTP. Just wait a little while whilst they submit their proposal.

Q: Can I know the land between Jalan BTP-Kundang and BTP border is belong to whom? Currently been used for agriculture purpose. What is the security measurement at all BTP border since anyone can access even if you not using transport.

A: We do not know the owner of the adjoining land. We cannot stop anyone from access to BTP, however for the individual blocks where we have perimeter fencing this will be a good security measure.

Q: Is the perimeter fencing you mention already been installed?

Q: Before the entrance to BTP show gallery, have private access road belong to LYG and have small signboard shown memorial garden. Can I know what exactly this location is?

A: The memorial garden is a private land. We believe it is meant for the family's bereavement.

Q: The commercial land along Jalan Tasik Puteri will be heart of this township. Few investor already plan to expand their business at BTP. As i know it will be
- Caltex Petrol Station (with KFC drive thru)
- Shell Petrol Station
- Showroom (can we know what showroom eg car, furniture)
- Private School (Waldorf International School) - why MOE reject their request
- Shopping mall (why LYG not build their own shopping mall and lease it, LYG have experience managing mall)

A: As you have mentioned those are some of the activities planned. As for a shopping mall it will take some time before LYG embarks on it. But surely this is also part of our future plans. As you are aware Low Yat Plaza is the biggest IT Mall in Malaysia, hence we may put up an IT Mall here in the near future. The Wardorf school has not been rejected. An MOU has already been signed between LYG and them.

Q: Heard from sales agent, their will be Chinese school in this township, where is the location?

A: The proposed Chinese school site is in Block 5 (Acacia Park). The only Chinese school in BTP, we are liaising with the Ministry of Education for this purpose.

Q: Is MOE already approving LYG proposal for this matter? If yes, when will start construction.
