Latar Kundang Interchange can exit & enter since July 2014. I'm using it quite regularly. For those who bought GH & AC, it is nearer from your home if you used alternative route via BTP 1B, instead from main entrance of BTP.

Seem like the Acacia Park is more popular than Garden Heights, many forumers here are Acacia Park buyer...hope Garden Heights will not be neglected as well.

where exactly is the kl destination point for your estimation?

BTP appreciation is quite low if u look at the current price of existing double storey houses. can even get below RM200k.

That was happen to me la... already lodged the defect report ---> no action ---> did lots of follow up ---> still no action ---> keep on waiting ---> don't want 'gaduh-gaduh' ---> cannot wait anymore because need to move in ---> did repaired by myself ---> warranty period end ---> not a happy ending story...

I'm oldies in this township. My house is in block 14, Birch... one of the pioneer phase in BTP.

Based on previous so-so records, it is very hard to change bad perception to u LYG.

Like it or not, for me the township upgrading (plus the BTP interchange) seem begin 'bernyawa' after the presence of Mah Sing. For that I have to give appreciation to Mah Sing... they managed to give BIG impact to BTP. And my believe to u is back. Unfortunately, after read several comments on the quality for GH in this forum, it seem like same story repeated.

Its still not too late, my trust on u still there. The best way for LYG now to prove u are serious to the township is with ACTION. Last weekend I had visited MR and so surprise they are in progress to change their township for the best tremendously! May be it is hard for LYG to beat them (but it is not impossible), at least we are compatible with MR. I don't want at the end, the outsider will compare BTP & MR like JB & Singapore... two totally different township just separated with less 2km of 'tambak'...

Hi propertybbb, the overhead cables seen in the photo is at garden heights phase2. We have argued with MPS to allow all cables to be underground as it is more pleasing and gives a better image to the environment. MPS has rejected underground cabling because of high maintenance cost. However we are still appealing to MPS to install it underground for all our other projects. Our next handing over to purchasers will be garden heights phase 3 this year and hopefully we can convince MPS to allow us to install underground cabling.

"Want" does not mean "will" or "obliged to" and definitely will not be translated to "implementation".
I WANT a ferrari ... but will I actually buy / own one? I may be working hard to get that, but again that does not mean I will surely succeed.

So what's the answer for Chuan See question? Does Acacia have underground cabling?

In Post #1574, LYG has mentioned that "Except for garden heights phase 2, we will construct the cabling underground for other phases as we have managed to convince MPS, as a form of compromise by extending the warranty period and submitting a bank guarantee. Hence garden heights phase 3,4 & 5 will have underground cabling."

I think the above question is only for Acacia Park.

Hi, azharudin, the design of acacia phase 1 & 2, has already been approved by the authorities, and it is too late for any changes as this will affect the AP/DL. As for the design of the roads this are standard designs for all phases, I believe you can still park 1 car outside.

I think we are more interested in the court case as quoted in my previous comment. This is the one important thing LYG hasn't mention before (that there's a court case)

- LATAR interchange got land issue
- Jalan Batu Arang upgrade nowhere near
- The TWO theme park mall considered gone
- Realizing this catchment failure, Mah Sing changed its M Residence master plan from shoplex into low cost apartment
- With low cost housing and apartment surrounding, highspeed broadband will never reach here

hmm.. I think LYG has been wrong. This area is not matured yet for new development. Need to wait another 10 years.

Hi Jagjeet, No Garden Heights will not be fully completed in 2015. GH Phase 3 & 4 by this year, Phase 5 will be by 2016.
