Don't worry. If LATAR fail again, can do another round of public protest and wait another 10 years. So just buy first, worry later.

Dear Admin,

I want to check what is the design of the road side in front of the house.?? I just book a unit for Garden Height Phase 5. I discover that if design type 1 as attached is not convenience for car to park beside the road as nowadays family will come with 2 or 3 cars. As currently i saw the design is type 1 for Garden Height phase 1 & 2. Maybe you can consider to design as type 2 as it is more modern design and can provide more space for car to park outside the house.

Hi vphor - Thank you for your feedback.

We will pass this on to our Project Team for their consideration and will keep you updated.

Your Garden Heights Phase 5's porch can easily accommodate 2 cars.

One of the thing that I think LYG has to work on is the existing houses in BTP. BTP in general does not have a good reputation, considering that there are quite a numbers of old houses that were abandoned, being lelong, and have very bad maintenance. If you're heading to GH show unit, you can see a lot of old houses that were poorly maintained and this would give a bad impression on BTP as overall.

I'm just saying that this could be a turn off for some of the buyers.
*
Hi dino_rongak - Thank you for your constructive comments in the forum so far.

The developer doesn't own many units of the old phases anymore. Less than 10 units.

Most of the landed properties are privately owned and sold.

We are in a transitional phase now, and with the many improvements and upgrades ongoing for the township, we foresee many of these landed homes to be occupied or transacted.

The amount of properties for auction in BTP has reduced significantly over the years, especially for landed homes.

Talking about the LATAR Exit, yes it was used as selling point during our time (>10 years back).
The same strategy been used now... and I really hope this time around it will materialize... or else 'pisang akan berbuah berkali-kali'.

In normal circumstances, any new Exit will carry adding price with the property near by. I predict the rules will same apply to BTP.

Hi BTP14 - Welcome to the forum.

We are very positive about the BTP Interchange of the LATAR Highway.

Press announcement has been made, it has been confirmed by the LATAR, the construction signage has been erected and the commencement and completion date is clearly stated and the road signage is already visible on the LATAR Highway (covered at the moment to prevent misleading of directions).

And Petronas is already completed near the BTP Interchange and will be opened soon. We are confident that they would have conducted proper check and have sufficient confidence on the BTP Interchange to set up their presence in BTP.

Me too. I hope someone can post update here for us who cannot attend the launching.

I'm also interested on what kind of deal are they having for Acacia Park Phase 2. Since they are doing the launching for Phase 1 and also taking the registration for Phase 2, they might have some kind of special rebate. brows.gif

Agreed. But now I think BTP interchange is going to materialize soon since they have already started the work on it. Hopefully it won't stop halfway whistling.gif

Hi Yuin Chuan See - Thank you for visiting today.

We apologize that we ran out of food earlier than expected today. The turnout today was much more than anticipated.

Do drop by tomorrow with your family and friends.

And yes, 2 units left in Acacia Park Phase 1.
