Went to the sales gallery today. Accacia Park was not even launched yet, but more than 50% has already been booked. Really good feedback from the people who visited as well.

still not that clear...
the latar should be after puncak alam interchange right?
what is the interchange name to connect to Guthrie Corridor?
what is the interchange name to connect to PLUS heading to Penang?

seems no direct connection to PLUS heading to KL except use Guthrie first then connect to PLUS

[attachmentid=4171865]
*
LATAR interchange to BTP right now is thru Kundang, not Puncak Alam. But if what the developer is telling us is true, there will be another interchange that will connect directly to BTP itself. I think that map is not updated.

For Guthrie, I don't know if they have a specific interchange name. If they do, maybe it is Guthrie interchange? lol

You are right. From LATAR, there is no direct connection to PLUS. You have to enter Guthrie first, then PLUS. But when you exit LATAR into Guthrie, it is really a short distance to the PLUS exit. After the interchange, you will straight away meet the exit toll to PLUS, then you will exit thru Rawang South.

I know this because I'm a regular user of LATAR to go to work in KL. I am planning to buy a unit in BTP since the accessibility after the BTP interchange completed will be very good.

updated: I've attached the most representative map of LATAR (IMO). You can refer to that.

thanks man
i got my earlier map from latar site
looks like their map is not even updated...sigh

BTP current price probably already included the latar interchange but highways can be delayed so nothing concrete IMO until it is ready...
so the question is wait or buy now?
i assume no jam since so many connections and tolls?
means if stay in acacia can have stress free smooth drive all the way to company?
less people use? but KL side always jam at jalan duta
*
I myself has no answer to that question. Last week when I visited BTP booth in MAPEX at Mid Valley, they expect 30% capital appreciation once the interchange is completed, and their selling price is going to be higher as well. If you think BTP has a good prospect and you trust the developer's word, maybe right now is the time to buy especially if you're considering Acacia Park. They're selling like hot cake.

Everyday got jam one. No matter if you go thru PLUS and exit Jalan Duta or you exit Templer Park thru LATAR. But the overall commuting for me right now to work is around one hour. My office is in KLCC area. For me, that commuting time is good enough. If I'm planning to continue this driving for the future, maybe I need to find a car with excellent FC to save on fuel money biggrin.gif

I was wondering, who are the 6k people who is living in BTP right now? From previous phase of Garden Heights or other LYG's development? hmm.gif

A friend of mine is an agent for 'rumah lelong' and he told me there are quite a number of houses for auction in BTP. I hope this won't be the case for later phases of Garden Heights and Acacia Park, otherwise it will be a sore eye to see abandoned houses... shakehead.gif

I'll survey the latest. Development of the exit  hway 2morrow and post the latest photos in here

Went there this afternoon but didn't take any picture of the highway exit. There is not much work has been done for it. They're still clearing the land to build the road.

I also went to Garden Height show unit, and also the recently completed Semi-D show unit next to Garden Height. I think it's Seiring East, but need to check on that again. I got the chance to explore the inside of the show unit because one of the contractor that is in charge for the piping was on site, so he offered to open the lock biggrin.gif

Hi LYG, based on Bandar Tasik Puteri masterplan at btp website, have area that I highlighted still no construction been done yet. Can i know when it will be launch and LYG don't highlight this area. I believe it is residential development at btp 1b and commercial development at btp2. What is the red color highlighted area [attachmentid=4182438]

i remember seeing a number of landed those with 1st floor family area
when you walk up to 1st floor you can see one area where it can be used as 2nd living hall before retiring to the rooms
acacia does not have because 18x80 probably

that is right, hard to say how acacia would be valued in the future
we can only gamble now whether to buy or not...
hopefully have time to makan angin there again to check out the launching
*
For Acacia Park, there is no family area. But I personally think that you don't need that space anyway. I would prefer to have family time with the rest of the family downstairs, at the living room. I have seen a lot of families that use that space to put a lot of things, so it's like a store.

Instead of family area, after you reach upstairs you will have the toilet. Another reason why I think this design is good is because it is easy for guest to use it as well (in case if the toilet downstairs is occupied).

When you buy a house, think of practicality. You can buy a house with all the stuff you can imagine, but are you going to use it or not? Just my 2 cent..

You will falling in love with btp because;
- will see foggy in the morning like at C.  Highland
- no noisy sound from motor vehicle like @ kl
- very relax environment, hopefully no more mega develoment like puchong. Building everywhere.
- And many more  activities for life balance, not just money, money....
*

My point exactly! A home is a place for us to relax. Since I'm working in the concrete jungle, I prefer a house in a relaxing environment.

Nice try smile.gif one more additional question to LYG, is it toll-free when enter & out from BTP interchange to latar h/way?
*
It won't be toll free la.. If from KL heading towards BTP thru LATAR, the interchange will be right after the Kuang toll, just like Puncak Alam. If from Kuala Selangor, you will still need to go through one toll too..

Just need clarification, no harm right? smile.gif btw welcome to BTP for new buyers. Hope you like it here. All the best !!

Yeah no harm. I also quietly wish we don't have to pay toll to get to BTP interchange, but we are in Bolehland anyway. Toll = more money for them..

LYG, the day i booked the unit the price lower than u mentioned,so hows? is it the price fix as what i have booked or will follow as what u just mentioned
*
Could it be that your price is after Bumi Discount? It make sense if it is since the price after Bumi Discount would be around 415k (after 7% deduction). If I recall correctly, last time you mentioned the starting price is at 417k.
