all along i thought Acacia Park was part of Garden Heights..   ....Garden Heights is another township and predecessor to Acacia Park right?...if I', not mistaken Garden Heights has been fully developed and Phase 4 was the last phase...Acacia Park is the one that comes with G&G strata with cctv surveillance right?

Garden heights and acacia park is part of btp township. It a residential neighbourhood at btp. Garden heights, seiring residence located at BTP 4, however acacia park and future another project semi d located at btp5.

Garden heights also have perimeter fencing and security guard post. Additional from GH, AP have cctv surveillance. Both are individual title. Residence will form the residence association to manage the neighbourhood with minimum payment. Not related to LYG anymore.

Once BTP Interchange completed, suppose less BTP residence will use Kundang Interchange.

Currently, the traffic from BTP to Kundang Interchange is heavy during peak hour. Quite difficult to cross the T junction at Kundang Town to the 'Kampung Cina' toward the Exit.

That why as BTP oldies, we really hope the BTP Interchange will complete on time because the time GH all phases and Acacia completed, definitely the traffic will increase and I can't imagine how hatic the Kundang Town if BTP Interchange is not 'there'.

for all the 1st time home buyers, please check with developer regarding these factors:-

1. coloum free car porch - will there be column free car porch as shown in show units? as far as i know, column free car porch is more expensive to build and you might not get as show units illustrated.

2. Refuse chamber - there is no refuse chamber right in the show units? actual it will have and where its? and also individual gate.

I've paid 3K for my booking for phase 3 of Garden Height n m using my Government loan ( whc am qualified to 420k loan) I've made a full loan for my house.. bcos of dat i dont need 2 pay da deposit of 10% for my house. You are right, currently that the best way to the interchange & Petronas.

As alternative you also may follow the green line. If you use this route, you will pass the Medan Puteri, coming Medan Puteri 2, schools (primary, secondary & religion), 2nd mosque and market area (for Pasar Malam, Pasar Tani & Car Booth sale). Little bit busy on traffic but you can 'feel' the life of BTP.

Personally, I think GH residence should request to the developer to expedite the completion of blue line connecting. It really helps you guys to go to the center of BTP especially if you have children to send to the school.

To developer, when the yellow line will construct? This line will help to reduce the traffic from and to Green Valley Park during peak hour.

wanna ask if the houses in GH, AP, Seiring will be flat or will it look like this (slope)

coz went to see the garden height semi d area, seem like the next houses to be built will be lower (land is lower)

Just out of curiosity, does anybody know the traffic condition from Rawang Selatan PLUS to KL in the morning? same like from Sg Besi to KL?
