Haiz, my dad used the phone less than 1 week then the phone unable to hear voice from other side of call already, but the loud speaker still working. What can I do?
*
Did you try to adjust the call volume ??

Actually Mi3 are not suitable for senior citizen who require a simple phone, at time took some effort to troubleshoot.

I know right, but he wanted to try it out and hence this is his first smartphone laugh.gif

Tried almost everything I could found on net. Well maybe I should go to the service center somehow. Just that it would take 2 hours journey sweat.gif

I reboot my PC and already successfully downgraded my phone thanks a lot.

But I have another question, hope you dont' mind.
I downloaded Xiaomi Mi3/4 - WCDMA MIUI Stable Version, Mi 3-WCDMA JXDCNBD14.0 fastboot(4.3), which is the stock rom. I found out that Google Play is not there, or I should say everything that related to Google is not there.
Please help again... icon_question.gif

Alamak. You are using China's fastboot (CN stand for China), of course there's no Google play. However, China rom got Mi Market. You can download Google play from there.

If you want to flash to Malaysia rom, remember to flash Malaysia fastboot file.

You can download the fastboot from here

anti glare = matte finishing, less reflective, very little finger print, colours might degrade just a little
clear = very reflective, finger print magnet, requires u to wipe the screen frequently, colours shud look very similar to without screen protector, hence it looks like u are not using a screen protector. brows.gif

So basically it's up to ur personal preference. I use anti glare coz I lazy to wipe. If u don't mind wiping finger print and want it to look nice, can go for clear.

Both case oso nice. Just check if there is a tiny hole at the side of the camera flash. That is the back microphone of the phone. Make sure the casing have a hole for it. It not ur voice camera might not work. tongue.gif

I'm using aluminium bumper though. brows.gif

Looks like v23 update still doesnt solve the Location bug eh? How you guys live without proper indoor location services (i.e. Wifi and network based location) ?

For the case, all come to personal preference. I don't like flip case because it is a bit troublesome for me to flip open the cover every time you want to use the phone. But it offers good protection against scratches on the screen, which is where i use tempered glass screen protector for it. I use a back cover shall instead for less bulky and not slippery (i found Mi3 too slippery without casing)

I encountered this issue before, sometimes you plan your route before you leave the building, need GPS to detect your current location to plan it. But I walk to the window and I got GPS location smile.gif
