gravity allow u to unlock original aosp roms potential
like wsm-tools... allow u to customize ur lock screen, notification, display, power, etc etc
i found it is actually more powerful then custom roms... cm/paranoid/slim/ all is not needed

u have the beauty of both world... aosp (minimal roms) + custom roms feature

---
xprivacy is one crazy f***ing b**** tools
nsa, hate it, fbi hate it, google hate it, apps developer hate it, almost everyone hate it except user thumbup.gif

it is something similar to miui security
u able to disable contact, internet, sensor, location sharing with the apps

but it goes beyond it
it able to FAKE all the INFO... imagine i m writing this from KL but it will show im from Paris/Tokyo/NY
it is depend how r u going to use with it...

if u able to master it....
u will be rewarded with perfect anonymous profile in the world

ps: xprivacy not for average ppl

yeah.. im no check-in fag, but sometimes when u need it, u'll be in deepsh1t d. You will lose the whatsapp or any other messaging location sharing which is big bummer imo.

Which rom are you on? If you are on the Jellybean, it seems not much diff in performance. Since v18 Kitkat update, they tuned down the performance of the Balanced mode and the benchmark is about 25k+- in Balanced mode while 34k+- in Performance mode.

On the other hand, Jellybean 4.3, the battery and performance didn't differ much (I guess they didn't really get the config right)

In conclusion, Balanced mode slower performance but better battery performance. Go with Balanced mode for daily use, and Performance mode when playing graphic intensive games.

has anyone played Modern Combat 5 on this device ? How is the performance? and if i get my set today, is it advisable to flash to a stock google rom ? or should i not risk it and stick to stock miui since 6 is coming....and are maxis users still having trouble regarding the update ?

trust me MIUI more stable than CM

depend on person POV and usage. Both CM and MIUI have their pro and con. icon_rolleyes.gif

And unlike MIUI, CM doesn't have any spywhere installed in it's rom.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CyanogenMod

MIUI proven have install spyware, dun get me wrong, I am not anti MIUI or even xioami what so ever.

It's good to have choices rather no choices at all. tongue.gif
