Unifi pj. Internet so farking slow. Only local most visited sites are ok. Traffic to international slow as grandma on stick. I take it back, even posting to lowyat takes forever!!!

#TMAlerts 1/2 we are experiencing some degradation of data traffic to and from the US due to a fault on the AAG submarine cable system.

#TMAlerts 2/2 repairs are underway to repair a fault on the AAG submarine cable system. We will share updates as they become available

think they hv on standby all these messages!

in fact, if u call unifi, there is a standard message something has failed somewhere, experiencing difficulty, etc.

where I'm, it has been not too bad for the last few days. other than slow on iPad sometimes, everything still works. except connection to china sites still no improvement. this doesn't look likely to be resolved anytime soon... real bad news to heavy users of those sites.

Affected my online activities quite seriously. Not just US websites, other countries' sites also slow. I was beyond sick on this company.

Y not. I already try by complaining to MCMC to demand TM to give rebate from the date the issue began.

I made an online complaint to this website http://complaint.cfm.org.my/index.cfm before. It's simple. I just post the complaint with the compensation requested on their site and they forwarded it to TM next day and then a TM staff called me to discuss about it. The process is quite fast.

I'm not sure if the procedure still the same.

They will always try to deny their error if they call you. But since this issue is obviously their problem, they will probably rebate you but the amount may be not much.

yes, u can get refund pro-rata for days of no service.
as long as u make the report with right dates of no service.
more so if they already said there is disruption.
call billing dept to make such refund request/report.

Also having problem here. Can barely even Dota and am using VIP5. Not only that I'm having the red optical blinking issues. Never happened before and it happened because of this current issue.
