Anyone having high ping to Singapore?

I have very very high ping to Singapore. From 250 to 300ms.

No use one lah report to Unifi support team. Report directly to MCMC action taken faster.

There's step before you make a report to MCMC. If there's not action taken or unsatisfied feedback received, then I will take a further step. No need rush

Even Facebook is not loading now -.-

Vast majority of the sites that I frequent are now painstakingly slow. Filing a report with TM support first before MCMC.

unifi going crazy tonite.. damn

My Unifi disconnect few time already today, need manually power off and power on BTU modem to connected back to Internet.

will see tomorrow if got any better.. my assumption is after their technical team many go holiday.. so tomorrow work maybe got ppl solve this issue.. haha

Timeouts loading websites like Google, Yahoo, CNN and FTP servers located in US, Singapore, UK. Even WhatsApp seems to be affected. Messages are taking longer to be sent (clock symbol at the side of the messages instead of the usual tick/2 ticks) and constantly getting error messages when trying to download pictures sent via Whatsapp (Download failed error).

On the line with TM.


They already acknowledge of the China issue but not really admitting even the slowness to Singapore.

Screwed around with the agent on the line lol. 30 minutes just to see how they're doing their job although with these faults being posted publicly. It seems that they're just closing a blind eye.

When you report slow, they do basic troubleshoot with you. When I mentioned about slowness to Singapore, China and few other websites, their usual scripts fail to work. I won't pressure the agent, I'll pressure their backend more. Bloody idiots already acknowledge the issue but still not rectified thus far.

If this was in Singapore, sudah kena screw upside down no mother father that kind one (not kidding, I work with a telco in Singapore.). Although technical problems will not compensate but still, they're right, they pay $39.90 monthly but if get bad connection then not worth, not to mention they're on fiber

ping to www.starhub.com, timeout all the way.
ping to info.singtel.com, 60ms on average.
ping to www.m1.com.sg, 2 time outs of 4 tries.
ping to google ok. avg 7ms

Bro, try ping this singapore server IP of mine: 128.199.178.242. Let me know the result ya. My side maxis got average 21ms.

Looks like it is some peering issue going on. I am on maxis fibre and I am fine, but my customers that used UniFi just went shit with the connection. Really can't imagine TM lost its advantage of latency in terms of speed to maxis now. >_>"

Loading Facebook damn slow in Unifi vip5.

But loading Facebook is normally fast in my phone DiGi network.

What happened? Sharks snap the cable?
